Skipper sleeps on the floor below me. She says she's getting tired of hearin' the boards squeaking when she's trying to sleep.
Truthfully, I don't hear a thing, but then, I'm not listening to the floorboards.

Ah, don't let it get you down. Skipper's got an entire world of lady superheroes to do things for her, and not a single handyman for her domestic needs like I got. I should loan you out to her. The plumbing down there could probably use a good cleaning too.

I imagine there's quite a bit of things that could use some attention at your headquarters. Maybe after the auction thing has died down I can do a bit of work over there.
