Zelyhon Well, now that he was here, all Eru had to do was find a way through that big barrier surrounding Mastema's citadel. Now, how does one get through a barrier that stops all forms of fource and prevents any way to get in physically. This was indeed the question. In flat out combat, Erudemasa was the inferior of both of his companion. What he had, however, was foresight and knowledge that the other two lacked. He could dance through time on a whim, entering worlds not even comprehended by those here. He had seen the futures, the pasts, and the myriad presents that could exist with but a single change in the past. Not that this foresight played into most of his common behavior, as evidenced by the fact that Eru's first strategy to bypass the barrier was to throw rocks at it. That lasted for around half an hour. until Erudemasa got bored. He then proceeded to pace around outside the barrier, contemplating some way to break through it. *Kyiana, having followed Erudemesa quickly through the portal, watched the man with a bland stare. Very likely he was doing the same as she. Thinking of a way through. For herself though, she planned to sit back and watch Erudemesa struggle before finding that he likely would not be allowed. Though, she knew she wasnt always right and that he could be welcomed in. In that case, she would be ready to continue following.*

*Sundel followed through aswell, almost instantly after Kyiana had. She shook her head as she saw Erudemasa's attempts and took her place leaning against yet another tree. The following effects were much like the previous time, and it began to wilt and die slowly* Ugh...this is useless. *She decided to watch the child-like being and not say a word more. Perhaps their combined presence would be enough to draw Mastema's attention however*

Plink.
The first hit, nearly silently. It was soon followed by another, as silent as the first, and then more. Soon they were coming quickly, softly pattering against the shell that seemed to bar them from reaching the ground.
Soon it was a downpour from the heavens, and yet clearly it wasn't rain. No, each flourescent drop that hit the barrier wasn't water, but rather a tiny attack conceived and birthed from the sky itself. No clouds brought together the downpour that assaulted the barrier, and yet each 'drop' of energy that lashed against the shell came as chaotically as one might expect of the rain it mimicked.
Soon, as if to follow pattern, the drops seemed to grow, to come together, and in moments it wasn't raining, but rather hailing. It seemed obvious the intent of whoever was attacking the barrier sought to have the energy hit the barrier randomly all across it's vast girth, slamming it with a steady onslaught that only grew in size as time passed.
It was a pretty song, that of the energy crashing upon the barrier only to explode into white light on contact, thus ridding the thing a chance to absorb their essence into it's own strength. Of course a little bit of this attack strayed from the barrier, as it couldn't be guaranteed to hit only the shield, it was after all muchly mimcking the rain, and thus was altered slightly by wind and covered a great expanse.
Nonetheless the man pulling the strings watched with interest at his attempt, eager to see if such an attempt would work. Such a meager thing as shifting planes had worked, and so he assumed the barrier much more fragile than before, and thus incapable of handling such a constant beating with as much ease as it had.
He did so not to gain entry for himself, but rather to make the efforts of those others with interest all that much easier.

::Tyrsais although tired of waiting figured he had pressed the matter enough. He would try to allow the others to continue he thought, maybe something more interesting would be soon to follow. With Zeno leaving and Slayer laying low things wouldn't be quite the same that was for sure.::
Well Mastema then I'll wait to hear your plan before I run off spouting anything...
::He could sense something in the distance and it made his eyes move around the room slightly. Something, or a series of somethings was nearby.::

*As Tyrsias went on about speaking with Mastema, Eecheb would get a tickle in his nose. Covering his nose with both hands, the boy would errupt with a loud sneeze from under his hands. Well that was unusual. All those present at the table, no doubt would at least give Eecheb a brief glance. Fisrt swatting at holograms, then sneezing. Durring the sneeze, Eecheb's tail had curled up like a snake, then shot out like a party favor. His wings had also jolted shortly with him as well, two or three of his feathers lay under his chair; Eecheb would whipe his hands on the bottom of his robe before looking up to see if anyone was again looking his way*

sweatdrop To say Cole had things under control might be a bit much, but at least he had figured this out a bit. His thoughts were drifting upwards now, avoiding the conference room to examine everything else high above and far below. As he rose, steam-like through the air, he began to notice something happening above. Something that struck him as far more odd than anything else to date.
It looked like it was raining pink onto the barrier.
<_< >_> >_<
Odd indeed.
Curious as ever, Cole peers through the barrier (much easier from this direction) at this strange phenomena.

The three beings waiting outside the citadel didn't have to do a thing to get Mastema's attention, but they would probably have to do something else to draw his attention away from the current meeting.
So far, the rain of energy, for lack of better definition, had caused little damage. Apparently whoever was committing the attack wasn't very diligent in his research, otherwise he would have known this idea had been attempted before. The individual hits would mean little and the rain, for the moment, was not responded to, more so because there was no way to respond.
"Very well, Himura. Thanatos, have you any more to present?" Mastema wanted to see what else Thanatos had. Than's response was straight forward: "Hai. Proto has one more idea. This one is the only idea which Proto doesn't have a prototype of right now.
The display shifted to show a holographic version of Proto, miniaturized. Around the display's body was a field of some kind, a small one which matched the humanoid form. "The idea is rather simple," Thanatos commented, "and it's an idea for a new kind of armor. As I mentioned on the plasma sword, it had a high positive charge through out it to increase its penetration power. Oppositely, this armor uses an extremely high negative charge created via electrical currents." At that moment, Than took a moment to pause to explain why such a thing would be useful. "All substances and matter are surrounded by a small 'electron cloud,' and electrons have a negative charge. However, these fields are so week that another electron cloud is not effectively repelled by it. By using an electrical power source to increase the strength of this electron cloud exponentially - so much so that another piece of matter cannot actually touch the armor. It would still be possible to receive damage from more explosive attacks and from being knocked around too much, but this armor would be essentially invincible to physical attacks while active."
Thanatos's proposition was to give armor that was nigh-invincible to attacks by matter. Energy attacks would likely be little affected.

::Tyr would stay oddly silent throughout most of this ordeal. Before every time he had presented what he thought to be a legitimate problem there was already a built in solution. Although it was clear this armor would take more effort and that was why there was no prototype. If anyone were to guess they would say he was probably looking for flaws, being the pessimist he was::

Well, despite the energy rain and the rocks and all the other goings on, the barrier still stood. Well, plan one had failed. Time to move onto plan two. But first, those two little dream thingies were still buzzing around. So Erudemasa thought to them "We're outside this one guy named Mastema's place. He's got a barrier around the whole thing, but since I need to talk to him, I've got to get through. I know how, though. Oh, and Pleasant, why wouldn't I let you through? The world's more fun with more dreams!"
Erudemasa opened a portal in front of himself. "Hey, you two!" Erudemasa said loudly, though it wasn't clear whether the two he was addressing were the dreams or his companions. "I'm taking a portal to before the shield existed and then jumping back to the present. Wanna come?" Erudemasa stepped through the portal into the exact same place, five years before.

Mugiri was restless. He was trained to be on the move, cover his tracks, make sure he was undetectable; but the recent odd ordeals, and the perfect safety of this place made him practically useless. He stretched his newly recovered linbs, and wandered around the building. It was very small, and was surprised to see he was farther away from the gigantic wall that covered the city than he had known. He looked out a broad window, small buildings all around the building he was in, seeming dwarfed by the skyscrapers around these buildings. He gasped, as the energy shield above crackled. "Wow..."

Xol appeared on the side of the barrier facing the 'rock thrower'. There was nothing to give away what, or who he was. Just an opaque misty cloud with two gleaming crimson eyes. He had suppressed his aura so that only his immediate area, being the barrier underneath, was affected in the fashion of a large inward dent.
An interesting group this was.

*The table had given Eecheb at least a little recovery time, by not looking directly at him after his last small disruption. The boy was rather startled anyhow, having never really sneezed before. It was a new and strange sensation, that left his entire body tingly. Eecheb didn't have any idea why he sneezed either, though it was probably a bit of dust or other debris tickling his nose. In recent months, in a similar perhaps coincidental occurance, Micha also appeared to suddenly sneeze without apparent reason. It was a natural type of reaction to a few differnet things, but still... his real first sneeze it left him rather... stimulated. All the while, Thanatos continued on with his presentation; Eecheb would try his best not to draw attention to himself now*
Eecheb: eek sweatdrop gonk | .__. | .........
*There seemed to be a great deal of activity outside the barrier, four beings. Mastema probably knew they were there all ready, and apparently so did Micha. The boy was already looking off in what seemed a random direction, but by now this characteristicly meant that someone or something was different. Either that or Micha simply had no interest in the goings on at the table, either way it would alert someone to his current boredom, or acknowledgement of someone or something else within his living space*

Time travel was quite interesting, and though the notion of such a trip had passed by on several occasions, none in KB's employ had ever decided that such efforts would be worthwhile. After all, every creature had their limits, and for someone who clung so barely to reality as KB did, messing with time wasn't much of a good idea.
That being said, the rain continued, with no sign of stopping in the near future. Obviously as the rain was energy based and exploding most harmlessly on impact, there was no sign of liquid pooling at the base of the barrier. Only the constant drumming of the lumps of energy hitting the barrier, making their song as the other group prepared to walk in 5 years early on Mas's meeting, so to speak.
The creature working this minor trick smirked, fingers on a humanoid hand curling as it drawing gently on unseen strings. A gentle shiver ran through the being as it's eyes gazed upon the distant Citadel, wondering about things. Within the rather nondescript figure elements flared to life in opposition, only to quell each other until only one stood the victor.
In this case, water had fallen into the raging torment, and fire had passionately burned it's way to the top, perhaps out of mild undertones of anger.
In response the rain became that of hellfire, wreathing the entirity of the shield in a ghostly orange flame. White ran along the core of the flame, a sort of continual ring that kept shrinking and extending, randomly becoming oval at points as the energy ran along overtop the shield's edge.
Hardly meant to burn the thing away, but nonetheless looked quite pretty in the blazing eyes of the thing that watched. One could only imagine what the thing intended to do if other elements rose to power.

Mugiri sighed. This veiw reminded of home. He shook off his mmemories, and turned from the window, practically ripping his eyes away from the scene. He returned to the room he was at formerly, and lay on the floor, looking at the cieling.

Cole watched as the energy turned hellfire cascaded across the barrier. While he could tell it wasn't a friendly occurence, the fact that he wasn't actually out there watching reassured him that there was nothing to panic about. In fact... it was pretty interesting...
Back in Cole's room, his eyes begin to dilate.
