so I wont be on this weekend, its our party, I am getting ready to wash clothing and pack, the djs arrive tonight then dinner and a gathering at a friends, then tomorrow is make everything run smoothly and look amazing day LOL
then I get to make sure all the party people have a great time, then we go eat breakfast, go to a friends and have the afterparty LOL
I love my life...
one of our local djs at the last party went around going

I'm doing pretty good. The artist who's doing my OC art comission just sent me a 1st draft. xd I think it still needs work on the face and the color of the outfit. What do you think? 1st Draft

I think, one of the biggest things is that it goes very quickly from the blue to the black... there isn't any transitioning... at least as far as the face goes. She also looks kind of sad, if that was intended okay, otherwise you may want to see what can be done by changing the shape of the eyebrows and eyes.
For the clothing, I'm not really sure it all depends on what you want I suppose. What sort of air you want her to give off.. right now she seems garbed more as a woodelf or forester than a drow.

I think the shading on the face can be fixed when she does the final draft. I'll have to ask her. My problem with the clothes isn't the style, but the color. I wanted something kind of "ranger" looking. After all, Aria's not a typical Drow and probably wouldn't wear typical Drow style. But I don't know if the color looks good against her skin. Why did Torn From Chaos quit?

I'm not sure what you could do for coloring. Perhaps darken the colors some? I can't say unless I saw it.
I was told a mixture of reasons, but ultimately it came down to their being lazy and unmotivated.

Ah. Well, we wouldn't want someone like that in the RP anyway. Even if they did post, it probably wouldn't be as high quality as those of us who really want to be there.
