Rachel smiled a little "I know, I just can't stop worrying" she said "not after watching everything that happened to you. I guess I'll worry less when we are off this boat and you are all fixed up."

Rachel's eyelids were starting to droop, she was quite tired after what she did, but she forced them to stay open. "I guess it's my turn to say I couldn't help you" she said with a weak laugh "this time you got hurt, and I'm the one at your bed side hoping you'll get better soon" her eyes started watering and drooping again.

Heather smiled. "Yes. Aren't all these dratted v-" she began to ask, but Heather cut herself off. Something about how Elizabeth had asked, "Are you human?" - there was something unbelievably wrong with it. As if...
As if Elizabeth was, no longer, human. Heather swallowed, but said, "Hey - I'm Heather. I'll be right down, then we can go find some other humans."
But, when Heather turned away from the rail, she did not walk to the stairs, but quickly walked across the deck, out of view. Hopefully, she would fool the vampire/werewolf....
((Oh, yeah, you'll have to chase her, by the way. She won't strike out first.))

"It's okay. I'll come up," Elizabeth said. She walked over to the stairs and went up. She was not planning to lose her snack.

Heather began to run. Around a corner, hop over to the next set of stairs. Run faster, she told herself.

Elizabeth realized that Heather was running. Great. Food on the go. She ran across the deck, trying to not lose sight of Heather.

Viren smiled, "i'll be ok" he said inaudibly "and it was my own fault" he added, then closed his eyes and rested.

Rachel smiled a little and sat in a chair next to Viren and closed her eyes and fell into a light sleep, still holding Viren's hand.

Heather knew she wasn't going to escape a vampire chasing her. So, she rounded another corner and waited, listening, heart pounding, fear abound.

Elizabeth heard Heather stopped running, so she stopped running, too. She wondered what Heather was waiting for. Maybe she'll fight back... This will be interesting. she thought. She slowly walked over to the corner Heather was hiding behind.

Rachel opened her eyes a little, she smiled at the fact that she was still holding onto Viren's hand. "I'm glad you're ok" she whispered as she lightly squeezed his hand.
