((*Shakes head* I'll point it out next time I see it. I rather not go back through pages. It is annoying. I never claimed to be a mod, I am just stating common since. And last I cheaked, unless I am mixing up this with one of my other guilds, you are not suppose to use OOC this much. To do so, even I am breaking rules. I am just say, as someone who has RP'd for quite some time, someone Yagmoth's size shoudl not be able to move so fast.))

(You're best keeping your mouth shut, Yawg isn't just a mod for the guild, he's a mod for the site!) Skyeheart moved with his aura shield powered up by the heat, the beam managed to graze it. Since the beam was non-corroding, no perment damage would come to it, not that his shield could rust anyways. THe explosion that followed sent Skyeheart into the air though. His shiels absorbed the impact though. Skyeheart decided to throw a beam of his own into the mix. So his spread his wings and asended to the mesosphere. "Cosmic Crusher!" A mighty blast of cosmic energy surged from his jaws and coated the entire field. There was no blocking this, if the blast didn't decimate Yawgmoth's internal organs the radiation sickness following it would.

Crimsonknight13 (( eek HE'S A WHAT?! OK, dude, uh, this means you probably have a little more knowledge about this than me...uh...I'll leave this to you then. If your good with it, I'm good with it! *Runs and hides*)) ((Didn't notice the purple name? O_o You have no worries about me. If I had a problem with a user I wouldn't deal with them myselves. That, my friend, is bisaed and abuse of power. Both of which are highly frowned upon. I'd call another moderator to review the case his/her self to see if any actions need to be taken. But, it takes a lot to push my buttons so don't worry about it. And that's the point I make with 'developed character' Yawgmoth has been around on Gaia for quite some time now (as in since Feb 04) and has learned multiple ways around his faults. The technique he uses for movement was taught to him by someone on the site, who in fact is a member of the guild. That's how he moves so fast since the technique involves utilizing large leg muscles to propell movement.)) (and onto skye) Yawgmoth snorted in slight frustration. Perhaps he should have used a corroding move, no matter could stand being broken apart at an atomic level. Yawgmoth only smiled at the huge surge, oh there was no way to block it. But skyeheart hadn't been paying attention. Why did Yawgmoth seem to use meager attacks? Why was he putting off less energy? The answer would become clear in just a moment. From the very beginning of the fight energy had been syphoned from his internal systems into his planeshifting matrix. A mechanic deep within his being that Skye must have forgotten about or never seen. The instantaneous movement of slipping through a realm of aether at one point and exitting at another in split second timing. Such powerful forms of teleporting however, required energy to build and discharge. As such, the moment the blast fired Yawgmoth's matrix discharged kicking his form from the ground of the arena to directly behind Skyeheart in the air. Skye, would be far too busy shooting the blast to have any sort of reaction. Energy immediatly started to refill the matrix at the cost of Yawgmoth's own physical powers, this however was so he could perform his nearly new technique of mutli-shifting should skye find some way in hell to escape death. Yawgmoth's mighty hands grasped onto his shoulders and fired, at point black range, an array of the black orbs that ate away flesh, metal and bone. If nothing else the acidic errosion would soon cause Skye's arms to fall off at the shoulder joint, the bleeding would perhaps kill him. But Yawgmoth would wait and see first. Skye's only advantage in the situation was that the orbs held less power, and a slower deterroation rate because of the energy re-syphoning back into the planeshifting matrix.

((Purple = Dedicated Moderator (deals with forums. Teal = Global Moderator (deals with users) Green = Omnimoderator (deals with account issues like hacking and scamming) Orange = Administrators (run the site) And red = NPCs. So to be red. You'd have to be an NPC of Gaia. And since you'll pretty much never be one of those. Shoot for something else sweatdrop ))

While Skyeheart couldn't react to the planeshift, his heightened senses told him that Yawgmoth had used some form of teleportation which would allow him to anticipate the attack from behind. But then again, it was simple logic too. It was the only way to avoid such a wide range of attack from above and take the offensive at the same time. Skyeheart wouldn't be able to turn in time to avoid Yawgmoth's attack. But he was in the air, and air combat was his specialty. Since he couldn't avoid by going left or right, he would go down. Closing his wings to streamline his body, Skyeheart plummeted like a meteor as Yawgmoth reached for him, right has he was about to touch ground he opened his wings and used the drag to make a pelican dive, soaring back up while the orbs crashed to the ground behind him. He then charged back up toward Yawgmoth, teleporting of any kind required a lot of energy, that would make Yawgmoth vulerable. Skyeheart now had him. Yawgmoth would be too weaken to fight Skyeheart on his advantage, and if he warped again he would only drain himself further.

Yawgmoth had attempted to grab onto Skye's shoulders and fire there, so going down would only delay the inevitable. Energy and concentrated light traveled much faster than either of them could without magical means. Given the close range of the initial fire Skye wouldn't make it down that far before the orbs would impact eating away whatever they struck like a powerful acid. The fight would be done in a few more moves now. Getting struck and having whatever was struck eaten away would prove a giagantic disadvantage against Yawgmoth one that he would he assure won him the fight.

(Uh, Yawgmoth, you just contradicted yourself. The last time you attacked with those orbs, they moved relatively slow...)

(Nope. I didn't. Re-read. I said they'd have less energy and would corrode the target at a slower rate. Never said anything about them being any slower in firing speed))

(Well in that case I got a better idea.) Skyeheart saw the energy eating away at his Sol Mail. *Sigh*....not again. Solarium isn't cheap to get you know. Skyeheart clicked his arms together, and his shoudler patches detached, leaving the rest of him unscathed. Skyeheart then made a bold move. Now that the energy was attached to the shoulder plates, it had mass and could be moved. With a great heave of his wings, Skyeheart blew the energy back at Yawgmoth.

Feame was growing quite impaciant. The whole purpose for being here was to train, and judge how much he had grown since Zeke last trained him, and it was looking like this fight would take all day. But he had no choice. Being raised of the old code, he could not disturb this battle till it was settled.

Yawgmoth arched his eyebrow as the stuff reconnected with the being that had brought it to life in the first place. It did nothing. "Just what were you thinking that would do?" Yawgmoth shouted down to Skye as he descended slowly. Skye forgot one very important detail. Yawgmoth was a creature of darkness and shadow, almost every attack he used was based in the same elemental alignment. And as a master of such elements he was utterly immune to their effects. Especially ones he created with his own energy. "Did you think our own darkness would eat away its creator? how stupid are you?" He commented with a loud laugh before turning serious again. Skye had managed to get the plates off before it touched his skin but no matter. Yawgmoth had plenty of tricks left.
