(My new charrie, the lil spy watching Angel disassemble the coon. Hes a lesser demon with almost no powers, except his ability to sence souls is exceptional. It is his gift. He is a curious and sometimes to chipper little demon who clings to coffee like kuroi does to ice cream. Too bad he cant "unrunt" but he can fly, like kohaku, unlike chibisaya. Names' Kohii)

::at Ran's words, she seems to freeze, studying him with an emotionless expression. why WAS she doing this? for the first time since Satan had given her life, she examined what she knew of herself... she was not human.... and her name was Angel, though she'd been called many, many things, none complimentary... and.... that was it... she had the feeling that she was not solely Satan's creation... she had had a past.... she had to have had.... but.... what was it? as her mind raced through these thoughts, she was vaguely aware of her voice saying coldly:: i am no one's lapdog... ::yes... being called such DID tick her off... for... some reason... as though a switch had been thrown, her persanality finally asserted itself fully and she looks down at her bloodied hands, at Ran's mangled body, and then:: F*****G B*****D!!!! I'LL KILL HIM! ::growled darkly, she pulls one of the knifes out of Ran's hand and throws it angerly across the room, hitting the far wall with enough force to bury the blade completely in it:: NO ONE uses me!

John watched the whole scene unraveling first with curiosity, and then with shock, as it turned physical. Oh wonderful, this was not only going to hurt both of them, but the ice cream shop owner would by no means be pleased. He placed himself firmly between Hoshi and the other girl, by no means threatening in his position, though he had every urge to pummel the other for hurting Hoshi. "Stop," he managed loudly, at a bit of a restrained shout. He looked between them, tense as he waited for something, anything, to happen. If it came to it, he'd help Hoshi, obviously. However, he'd rather not get banned from this ice cream place for life, it was really quite good...and he'd miss it.

Kuroi had been unaware of the fight (being distracted by the menu) until John's cry of 'stop'! H eturned and looked alittle shocked of what he saw. That was... no she's a new person now but why was Donna fighting the girl? "Hey whats going on... why are you two fighting?" He pouts at Donna "I thought we were getting ice cream??"

He looks appolegectically at the two then at Donna and back to Hoshi and John "I'm sorry.. I don't know what happened. I have to catch up with her but can I buy you two an ice cream at least?" He didn't know if they had any ot that Hoshi had dropped hers when the two girls collided.. but he was a firm believer that ice cream could solve anything!

John had to fight to resist the childish temptation to stick his tongue out at the girl's back, focusing his attention to Kuroi. At the offer he glanced back to Hoshi, giving a small shrug. "It's ok, and sure, that'd be great." He said, giving an impish bit of a grin. Sure he'd just finished off a cone, but refusing free food broke a carnal rule, besides, Hoshi had lost hers. Not to mention refusing would be impolite, not that it had anything to do with anything. He glanced back to Hoshi, waiting now to see how she would respond.

He grinned and clapped his hands "Yay!! Thats good! I love ice cream!! Now get whatever you want ok.. it's my treat!!" He had gone from serious to child-like in under a second.. a new record for him.

((*pouts and ripps out her idea for the WISH cat fight*)) Hoshi was surprised to see John NOW step in. 'This whole time...he decides NOW to act...that husy better watch it...' Hoshi thought as she crossed her arms. She continued to glare at Donna, trying to figure out just what the heck that girl's problem was. She ignored Kuroi who seemed to be playing peace maker for the time being. Normally she would have been happy to accept an offer like free ice cream but at the moment if Hoshi was picturing Donna choking on her ice cream. Hoshi took some time before replying to Kuroi, she gave a shrug. Resisting the urge to either hit John upside the head or to deck that Donna girl. "At the moment I don't care.." she replied with her shrug.

Kuroi pouted at Hoshi's hostility "I'm sorry you got upset. I just met Donna myself so I don't know her that well. I'm Kuroi by the way... who are you guys?"
