"She's not dead." Lucidity said to Ghost, taking a drink. "I handcuffed her in a mansion and was gonna saw her legs off, but I got interrupted. She's perfectly healthy though. It turns out that girl I killed wasnt the real Ruby." He turned to RJ. "You know, you dissapeared at about the same time I killed that girl."

So exactly what were you doing with the not dead Ruby now?" She tilted her head, for all that she knew Ruby was dead, or should have been, and dumped in a dumpster.

She thought about it in the back of her head. The angel's death something she was looking for herself, considering he'd been a nuisance, and his lack of trust for the underground could be a problem.

Laurel came back into the room, shaking the last droplets of water from her hands, and immediately felt the tension in the room. The guy who'd been talking to her, asking about the Underground, was on his feet, facing RJ, and there was another guy there too. And the door was just closing, as if somebody else had just left.

Nathan says with a raised eyebrow "anyway Lu you should show me where Ruby lives that would be a good idea" RJ watched Lucidity walk out and shrugged, answering the question for him. "Yep, an angel." She glanced back at her brother who was watching and waiting for her to make some kind of move, and continued to smile. She wasn't going to fight him in the bar, but she would kill him the moment she got a chance, or at least if she could bring herself to do it.
