Even though Angel was concentrating and had her eyes closed she still heard Shadow's words. "We're are in a vortex that protects us from those that want to do harm to us."

I wonder through the forgotten graves of the dozens of mortals and immortals. I feel as though there is nothing there but I can't help but continue to search. I gaze upon grave after grave without seeing so much as one living soul. I can't help but question why I can't even see a single person pay respects to the fallen. I hear a couple voices in the distance but question whether or not I should find out who it is. For now I keep my distance.
