Yuri_shoujo Ah, well said... What I mean by good Ashram as what seems least damaging at the time... perhaps you will be wrong, but if in your heart and mind you believed you were doing good, you weren't being evil. I know this, you know this, I think god knows this. As much as I wish this were the way things were, I have to disagree. Hitler believed he was doing good when he decided to raise hatred towards the Jews, in his heart and in his mind. Russia believed they were doing good when they decided to fulfill their right to rule the world, in their heart and in their mind. (same with Rome and at one point, China and Japan) I'm sure we can all recall times when we were deceived because we thought something was good, but it ended up being "evil". The heart and mind can be easily deceived. TheMessiah>> There you go, putting words in my mouth again. God created the tree...told Adam and Eve not to eat...and they chose to eat it. Its like the law...the government (or whatever) creates the law(s)...tells us not to break it(them)...and some do. Ok, so I don't know for sure why God created that tree. So what? Neither do you, nor anyone else. I can theorize, I can say I know, but the fact is I don't. (nor does any of us) There are things that are unexplainable and unatainable. Spoon>> Thanks biggrin Right back atcha.

TheMessiah i wasnt putting words in your mouth, you stated that God gave us free will. and i refuted your point. you are unable to make a counterpoint and as such. i win the debate I don't see any judges or prizes, and I don't see where I said, specifically, "God gave us free will." (yes...I looked xp ) This conversation is doomed to lead to even more bickering and arguing and eventually flaming where there will be no winners, and I'm glad Langley is trying to change the mood. I'm leaving anyway, its late and I'm tired. If you "won," why haven't you proven that Satan gave humans free will, which was your original argument that I supposedly claimed
