I like some of his plays. Macbeth was cool.

Hrandani:

This race is the d20 adaptation of the Horse-Stealer Hrandani in David Weber’s books, Oath of Swords and The War God’s Own. I had to take some slight artistic license with it in order to balance it a bit but in the end I tried to be more faithful to the race in the book then truly balancing it.

I, Wencit of Rum, set forth this history of the Hrandani, or Hranahnahin in the Old Kontovaran. When translated you get “hra” which means calm and “danahai” which means foxlike. Though they have lost their calm demeanor that had earned them this name they still retain it. Before the Fall of Kontovar they had been known as the calmest sanest race of them all. All that changed when the Dark Lords needed shock troops, they were corrupted utterly from their former status.
They were naturally larger and tougher, but beyond that they had something no other race of man had, they were linked directly to the magic field. They drew upon it for they strength and vitality, and it gave them a sort of harmony that showed in their calm demeanor, an almost deliberate approach to any question. They were what most thinkers of the races of man strove to become, methodical thinkers that lent emotion little sway in their decisions. Then the Carndosans came and ended it for them, they reached down deep into them and twisted and ripped and….. there are not words for what they did to them.
They turned them to barbarians, melding the Rage deep into their being and linking it forever to them. At the same time they enforced their link to the magic field so they were harder to kill and would regenerate faster so they could be thrown back against their enemy time and time again. As a side effect their lives were also lengthened but they became much less fertile then humans.
The years after the fall of the greatest Empire to have existed in the world scattered the remnants of the races of men across the world. Those races look back upon the Hrandani as the cause for it’s fall and the end of the Age of Magic. As such Hrandani tend not to intermingle with the other races of men, and with such a restriction barely master Common but still have their own language.
Due to what has happened to them and the little to no help provided by the Gods, divine spell casters are extremely rare and must concentrate simply to cast the most basic of spells as they grapple with their faith. They show little to no deference to Gods and as such truly pray to no single deity making the life of a priest all but unheard of.
Hrandani range far tall then humans and have pointed ears similar to elves except that the points come up an inch or so above their heads and are tipped with little tufts of fur. They are generally of a barrel-chested build, women included, and sport scars that were received in the constant civil warfare they fight.
The lands they have come to inhabit are protected from the nation to the north, as they are elevated on a plateau with a sheer wall down to Hrandani lands. Those same lands are wilderness of thick snowfields in the winter and seas of mud in the spring. Roads better than ruts in the mud do not tame those wilds. Constant clan warfare keeps them from civilizing these lands as well as advancing beyond what they are at currently. Such warfare leads to a view of the outside races of a chaotic race but laws tend to be incredibly strict to reign control over this Rage wrought race. This leads to more chaotic alignments but strong codes of honor that are strictly adhered to.

Duskblade:

The Duskblade is a class in the Dungeons & Dragons fantasy role-playing game and was introduced as a base class in the Player's Handbook II supplement. It combines a unique blend of magical prowess and combat expertise that was generally unavailable to a character starting at first level. The duskblade is an arcane magic user, as opposed to the Cleric who casts magic fueled from divine sources.

As a hybrid class, duskblades often have to put emphasis on ability scores that others pass up when playing either a melee based character or a caster.

The most prominent ability scores of the duskblade are:

Strength: A duskblade needs her strength has high as possible, since melee combat depends on it.
Intelligence: Like strength, intelligence should be as strong as possible, since her spellcasting depends on it.
Constitution: Because duskblades function better in melee, a high constitution score gives them the edge they need for taking damage in battle.
No published race currently uses the duskblade as a favored class, however Duskblades are traditionally Elven, though any race may be one.

Spells
The duskblade casts arcane spells that are drawn from their own unique spell list. Unlike wizards and sorcerers, the duskblade does not have nearly as many spells available to them. Duskblades are like wizards in that intelligence is the driving force of their spells, unlike the sorcerer who must rely on a strong charisma score. Unlike the wizard, however, the duskblade knows a number of spells at a set level, much like the sorcerer and every time they gain a class level as a duskblade they can learn one additional spell of the spell level they can cast.

Also like sorcerers, duskblades do not need to have their spells prepared. This allows them to choose which spell they can cast as the situation demands, without having to worry about choosing a spell they may not find useful after having prepared it.

The duskblade chooses from a small list of spells, however. While most arcane spellcasters have a full nine levels of spells, the duskblade only has five, one spell level less than even the bard class. The duskblade's spell list consists of spells that would be useful in a battle setting and gain very little versatility for anything but the battlefield.

A Fighting Mage
The duskblade's place is on the battlefield, where it can take the spot of a fighter or fling spells like a wizard. Understandably, the duskblade excels in neither of these positions for very long and can be overtaken in a pure fighting match or a magical battle when their spells per day are expended.

Prior to that, though, the duskblade gains a number of abilities that aid in fighting with magic. Unlike most spellcasters, the duskblade quickly gains the ability to channel their arcane energies through their weapon, dealing both the spell effect as well as the damage from the weapon.

Another extremely beneficial feature that the class has is the ability to use light and medium armor, as well as heavy shields, with no chance of a spell failure. Arcane magic users have long been plagued by their inability to wear armor because of the risk of fouling up the spell due to restrictions on movement placed by the armor.

However, these abilities come at a price. While the duskblade has the ability to attack with just as much proficiency as a fighter, most of her spells are geared toward a single opponent. Those spells that affect an area cannot function to full effect unless the duskblade is nowhere else but the front lines. Once her spells have run out, then she's no better than a fighter with a distinct lack of bonus feats.

That all sounds bad a**. I would just be your simply mindless berserker.
Are there any specific undead Elven races?
Are Avians Elves?

Not very, I prefer to listin to my CD's.

Yes, for the Eberon universe the main part of the Elven comunity turn their people into good undead before they die. The dead outnumber the living.

Yes, they are considered Elves.

Because they are the opposite in every way. Elves live long, while orcs have a short life-span. Elves create, while orcs destoy. They are like ying and yang, with humans being in the middle.

Next few days.
