I'm gonna need to make me a cheat sheet of this guild's fightin' system. Maybe a pre-build of styles to get the optimal bonuses <_> ... idk. I may just make my own styles.

YOU MEAN STAT BOOSTING?

CHEATER

Not exactly cheatin' if it's available at one's disposal. Usin' what's given. Seeing as it all revolves around the principle of whom has a better statistical advantage in terms of just reacting to an attack alone. Seems a bit much I would say, even given that those who forgo clans and bloodlines get additional boosts can outright devastate another from the get go. 'Course said style shouldn't be learned just to learn it for a boost, that would be rather 'eh' in regards to its functionality and if it even makes sense for a said character -- who wants to see a roguish man with the eight gates for example without an explanation as to how one can endure such training and physical trauma inflicted upon their bodies from exertion of just one gate alone when most if not all their training is primarily focused towards skulking in shadows? Wouldn't make sense (less they were a higher rank but even then such training would take time.)

Not sure if such a response here is serious or not, but even then bolding of my sentence and a reply with all caps leads me to otherwise believe it is. So pardon this paragraph of explanation -- but it does unsettle me and such a reply has frustrated me quite a bit and I rather not tolerate that as such.

I one hundred percent support someone being able to take a system and go as far as possible with it. Using what is at one's disposal is how you get somewhere in life. It was like noobtubing back in the CoD:MW2 days. You have a grenade launcher. It gets you kills and you level up. You should use it.

I need to do some missions.... BUT WHERE ARE THESE MISSIONS THAT I MUST DO?!?!

--EDIT--

I'm an idiot. I found the side-arc missions or whatever that I can do whenever.

but the problem with that was there was no skill involved...yes it got you kills and ranked you up, but it didnt improve your skill as a player, so while you had the same gear as the higher leveled people, you still sucked, and needed to rely on the launcher....it became a crutch....I'm not saying Reiko sucks and needs to stat boost to be good, but for some people....it's a harsh reality...

think i took that a little off topic sweatdrop

I get what you're saying, but I never said that a good player can't beat a noobtuber. It's the same with RP. If somebody is really cheap and uses that stat buffs effectively in an annoying way, somebody who is an all-around better RPer and knows how to beat that will win. Simple as that.

Guess I'll do the same thing since it doesn't matter so much, then. Just because you could doesn't mean you should. Kind of exploiting/stat padding.

Besides, no one's going to want to fight or do anything interesting if someone goes "well I have x over your x so you can't do x and instead get hit by x"

No, I wasn't being serious. All-caps obviously implies otherwise.
