That message is somewhat creepy, but I don't think there would be anything wrong with opening the gift. From his profile he seems more like a creative person with some dark tendencies rather than someone who wants to cause trouble. Worse comes to worse you could report it.

to be truthfully honest with you,
that was one of the most abysmal gifts that a Gaian lady could have asked for or received,
as we all usually have many of those in our possession at once.

grant us those silly garments
ever so often.
But I thank you for your kind wooing words and the thoughtfulness that comes with a gift,
