But you actually can't do that to Puppet Users cuz we can reach the point where we can use 10 puppets.

It's only like that because at NUR, Im basically unbeatable (but completely following the rules while being so) and after a few of the people that called themselves unbeatable fought me..they were losing and looking at my profile and seeing nothing wrong..they just said that because I have alot of custom jutsu..Im overpowered..but heh I tried telling them limiting ones custom jutsu is just retarded but they just were not hearing it.
I hope they make it like 15-30 but five is just....Ludacris..not the word...the rapper lol

Well 20 total for one Rpc seems reasonable enough. I mean, how can someone that relies on Customs survive without at least that much.

I'd say make it 20, but bloodline and clan jutsu do not count to that limit.

And, for Puppet Users, the Puppets they're allowed to have shouldn't count either. Just the weapons, jutsu, and other things of that nature should count.

Hark How The Angels Sing And, for Puppet Users, the Puppets they're allowed to have shouldn't count either. Just the weapons, jutsu, and other things of that nature should count. Puppets I'd say a max or about 6 or 10, They can be overpowered if the wrong approver is there. Weapons I'd say are 4-6.

Well Puppets are already able to go up to 10 if the user is Sannin or Kage. Read the Puppetry Ninja Class.

Weapon users get 5 custom weapons max at kage rank but puppets are a whole other set of issues

puppets, i'd say a lmit on how strong they are, like a kage ranked puppet master could have like.... 20 genin level puppets, but they are all weak, and maby 2 kage ranked puppets...something like that...
