His tone was too soft to be scolding," Tori muttered lightly albeit he doubted the girl heard him before he started up on making a sound that wasn't quite a hum yet had a really good beat starting up in it. As he did this, Eric gave a slight smile before taking both of Ophelia's hands in his own, his gentle smile having returned ever so slightly.

Every time he'd pause, his gaze seemed to flicker a hint of patience for his response as she filled in the blanks of the song with her own sweet, hope filled voice. When she obviously believed she'd be singing words solo, however, he'd surprise her by singing it with her as if using his voice to guide hers. His hands never released hers but had shifted them ever so slightly so their palms were touching each other, the space between them a bit less than before when their hands were in a prayer position between them yet not too close so as to alter each other's singing by lack of oxygen yet more carbon dioxide. Together, the song was in perfect harmony almost as if Eric's ability with music was actually controlling the pitches of voices that didn't even belong to him just by singing along with it, making the slightest of physical connection and keeping eye contact albeit had nothing to do with that. His ability with singing along with people just helped them expose their true potential as his own singing voice seemed as if it were incapable of hitting a sour note.

As the last note rang through the room and Ophelia found herself closer than ever to her teacher, she looked up at him with large blue eyes and examined the handsome male before her. Behind her, the spotlight flared, lighting up her pink hair and creating another brief rosy glow. For a second, the young woman could feel an unbelievable warmth carry through her body, and it was as if the only ones in the great room was them two. Yet a thought ran through her mind: how could he be so wonderful... and yet so distant? When you're lost inside, I will be there to find you

It was apparent, however, by this comment that how she'd performed was not what they'd been expecting. "How come she didn't do that with the Phantom of the Opera?" was how Yué followed that up, his arms crossed over his chest while he slightly narrowed his eyes at Ophelia.
xxxxx"Why'd it take you over three months to sing a single song without that audible intake of breath much less lack of oxygen cutting your vocals short? Exactly. Everyone has a potential that just needs support and guidance to become fully achieved. Once one has faith in their own abilities, they are a single step closer to get to that potential. Actually feeling and understanding the words, one is even closer. The rest is achieved through practice. Emotions, though easily swayed by certain events, are capable of much more than seeming human and are indeed what makes music so beautiful. The lyrics are merely a story, the music that accompanies it the setting. All of these things put together explains much more than what can be seen. It is the most difficult yet easiest way to explain things that cannot be explained through science or how the brain perceives things. It's a very intricate process that explains the intricate details of emotions incapable of being explained through words. That's all music is and yet no one seems to really see that with the exception of that man right there always smiling. He writes just as much music as I did nearly every day to explain how he truly feels, even had humans take up his place in performing it yet no one can sing or play it like he can as no one feels as honest about it as he does," Eric retorted with that same gentle patience he normally gave off as a vibe, his gaze never shifting from Ophelia even as he briefly gestured to Koail. Koail, however, just gave off a sheepish grin before spinning his guitar around and starting up a random tune that sounded as if he were making an intricate remix of various songs that actually sounded pretty when he played it as smoothly as he did. Ignoring the slight look of confusion from Yué, the elder phantom brushed Ophelia's pink hair back behind her ear and gently set his forehead against hers. "Past the point of no return." "No backward glances. Our games of make-believe are at an end. Past all thought of 'if' or 'when'. No use resisting. Abandon thought and let the dream descend..."
xxxxxShaking his head slightly after taking a step back fromthe girl and cutting off his own subconscious reaction to Koail's soft hum, he stood as if in the militarized version of parade rest yet had shifted his gaze down and towards his right. "Tori-" "Done." A loud thwack sounded from where the other males were only to get a snicker from above, Eric nodding slightly in approval. "My response to that which you said-" "Say you'll share with me one love, one lifetime. Lead me, save me from my solitude. Say you want me with you here beside you. Anywhere you go let me go too." Another thwack sounded after Eric's eye twitched ever so slightly. "My answer, my dear, is that we'd have never been able to meet for you would not be here. You would not even be in Hungary. You'd have passed a point that no one has returned from and a set of shinigami brothers would have been sure you passed that point. I spoke to all and yet no one when I said what I did. The dark arts is something only fools and the young dabble with in hopes of getting over their sorrow, but in truth, it only brings more pain. It saddens me to think men still seek that which was never to be obtained by mortal hands. Our creator gave us each a purpose in these lives we live, He knew us before we were even born, and yet mankind still tries to do things He does not wish us to do. They do not learn from the past and are therefore doomed to repeat it. I was not scolding you or anyone, just merely stating that the dead should be left be. Ignore Koail's deliberate humming of that song as he's merely mad at me for pointing out he is like me in the love of music and how it expresses emotions as he isn't exactly an honest man outside of music. That is why Viaresu called him a snake in the grass. He's deceitful."

Ophelia IncendiaTheme song Don't give up, it's just the hurt that you hide Ophelia inhaled sharply as he came close to her, closing her eyes when he brushed her hair away. She licked her lips in expectation, only to feel him pull away. She opened her eyes and sighed, watching him drift away from her again. The pink-haired girl crossed her arms, cocking her hip and keeping her eyes on him as he spoke. "I understand," she said after he finished, turning her head to look at the seats off the stage. "I will admit that the thought of dark magic crossed my mind, but never to raise my father and brother from the dead. At that moment in my life, I wanted nothing more than to destroy those that hurt me. After the destruction, though, what do you do? How do you move on?" Ophelia shrugged and looked back to him, smiling softly. "I suppose that's why I was so happy to be taught by you. Even if it means dealing with a "snake in the grass", I'm glad to be your student. Your music gives me purpose once more." Nodding at him, she stepped away and returned to the piano, sitting on the stool and facing him. "What is the next song?" Shifting his gaze back to the female, his smile became a bit more mischievous. "Spellbound by Lacuna Coil or Bye Bye Beautiful by Nightwish. It's your choice on which you'd rather do first. Either way, Tori will have to do the male vocals on those. He can actually sound like the human males who sing in those. It hurts my throat doing what that young lout can do with his voice."
xxxxx"Weak. Well, you heard him, Koail. That means your guitar is going to be necessary. Something Eric didn't mention though, Pinky, this is the only non-phantom capable of altering sound to where it sounds like more than just a guitar playing. Don't screw up on purpose either, elf-vamp. Let me know when she's prepared and which song she chose," Tori smirked slightly while slapping Koail on the back rather hard making him stumble forwards several paces. After the brief glare, both stood a few feet away from each other, Koail's guitar turning into a keyboard that was still strapped over his shoulder. Nodding slightly at each other, both started up in what looked like a routine dance with Koail's fingers dancing over the keys without the slightest bit of hesitation in playing the wrong note. From above came a soft "oh". "If you fall for me, I'm not easy to please. I might tear you apart. Told you from the start, baby, from the start, I'm only gonna break-break your, break-break your heart. I'm only gonna break-break your, break-break your heart. Whoa-oh oh oh.~" At this, Eric slightly rolled his eyes before returning his deep red gaze on his rosy apprentice.
xXxXx"It's like sitting in a garage with a bunch of kids trying to make a popular band. Your choice of song and whether or not you know the songs?" Eric sighed softly with a slightly raised eyebrow.

It was as if every time he was kind to her, she felt like she would explode from happiness. Oh, what an idiot she was, taking his praise so close to heart. It wasn't like he was telling her he adored her. And now, he wasn't going to sing with her? Oh, she should've known better!
Mentally despondent at the thought of having to sing with anyone not Eric, Ophelia almost didn't hear Eric's question. Shaking herself from her thoughts, the young woman sighed softly and looked up at the ceiling. "I know Bye Bye Beautiful, so let's do that one." Crossing her arms beneath her bosom and looking back to Eric, she cocked her hip and sighed very quietly. "After this song, can we take another break and get something to eat?" I'll have to guard my thoughts a little more around you it seems," Eric purred smoothly in response, a hint of a chuckle flowing as smoothly as the words he sang so beautifully. Snapping his fingers, Koail and Tori stopped their goofing off with a mischievous gleam in their eyes. "It's going to be Bye Bye Beautiful by Nightwish. Yué, the drums please." And with that Eric waved his hand through the air moving the keyboard over to his side. Turning it on and messing with the adjustments a little, he flashed his oh so cheerful yet calming smile to Ophelia as if seeing if she were prepared to begin.
xxxxx"Whoo! Let's do this thing," Tori almost seemed to cheer over excitedly whilst him and Koail high-fiver each other. Both seemed to have predicted the outcome of the song choice and so Koail's guitar returned to a solid black with an intricate design of roses, a skull and a snake on it then split into two guitars. Yué, unlike the other two phantoms and Koail, seemed a little unhappy yet still moved over to the drums so as to please Eric's insatiable love for music.
xXxXx"Here you are, Tori. Remember my tips for rock songs?" "Duh. And Ophelia, if you see us gents change ever so briefly into female figures, it's just me and Koail goofing off so this performance looks much like the official music video Koail let the humans release." "They're gonna act like those guitarists who headbang while playing is another of their warnings. It's just more proof of how into music and childish antics they can get. You ready?"

Shin OkitaShin had no problem finding his new classroom. It was vast and beautiful just like the pamphlets said it would be.

She stepped back, reluctantly pulling her eyes from him and walking back to the microphone. "Yes, I'm ready," she said, tossing her hair over her shoulder, then looking out into the seats. "As long as while you headbang, you don't hit me, then alright." Looking back to Eric, she smiled once more, as radiant as ever. "Let's do this." Here we go," Eric retorted with a slight shake of his head, his gaze flashing an ever so mischievous gleam before his fingers tapped out a few keys on the keyboard. He then started up with the tune along with Koail's guitar followed shortly after by Yué's drums and Tori's guitar. Viaresu remained silent up on the catwalk while watching the newest addition to the room along with a fragmented part of Yué move over to the gentleman.
xxxxx"May I help you with something? Phantom's having a lesson with the lady up there and we're just helping with giving the music and adding extra vocals to him and his student albeit he's not technically a teacher," the fragmented part of Yué asked the blue haired male with a soft sigh as his mostly full self continued playing the drums, his eye twitching irritably at the thought of helping Ophelia like Eric had helped Christine. Fool him once, shame on the girl. Fool him twice, shame on his brother. Fool him three times, however, and Yué would get involved in a less kind manner. That thought made him brush a silver hair out of his face to expose the deep blue eyes flecked with ruby, emerald, amethyst, silver and gold beneath it.

Shin looked up at the gorgeous boy with the fascinating eyes who had begun talking to him. Well, more like just inquiring. He couldn't help but stare and almost forgot to answer--but his common sense came back just in time.
"Shintarou. I'm Shintarou. Call me Shin though. I love singing of course. Japanese especially. It sounds like the most beautiful thing in the world, like, like...the most breakable piece of glass," he said, almost cringing at that word.
Breakable. Sounds like me. Heh, he thought sadly.
Of course, he would never show his inner thoughts to anyone, so he managed a smile.
"So, what do you recommend I do?"

What made it kind of funny, however, was that while he played his guitar and sang along Koail and him were headbanging like they were actually part of the band. Seeing as Ophelia didn't exactly sing out the female going 'ah~', Yué had to add his voice into the mix to get that near the end as it was supposed to be. Once the song ended, Eric had briefly rubbed up near his eyebrow as if it was itching only to shift his position slightly to where he was leaning on the keyboard.
xxxxx"Male vocals? You chose to sing male vocals along with the female vocals, not badly mind you, but had we not noticed the slight change in the vocals, the way the instruments played out would've made the song iffy. We had to change up the tune a bit, Tori made sure not to drown out your vocals but harmonized which made his original singing ability seem a little off. Give a warning ahead of time next time you decide to sing a duet as a single person especially considering I already told you Tori was going to sing the male vocals for you. You got pitchy in the beginning because of that which means the entire song was flubbed up. The eerie calm he gave off seemed to make Tori and Koail step away from him whereas the Yué on the stage was switching his gaze between the teacher and the student. She'd irritated him by not giving the warning of singing male vocals along with the female vocals, but it wasn't a horrible irritation. It was just that irritation he got when Christine had left the theater that once with Raoul and she'd asked for forgiveness for she had a moment of weakness. That look Yué was giving him just seemed to read 'and what did I tell you?'.
xXxXx"You'd have to ask Phantom for a definitive answer, but I'd say the flute, the violin, the cello, the lyre, the harp or the piano. You have long fingers after," the fragmented image of Yué sighed before motioning the boy up onto the stage and then pointing towards where the black haired Eric leaned against the keyboard. His fragmented self just seemed to vanish shortly after his answer only for Yué to stand up and move away from the drums, whispering in his elder brother's ear. After getting a glance from his elder brother, he stepped over to Koail and Tori while watching Eric glance briefly off the stage at the blue haired boy.

My brother, Yué, has just informed me of why you're here and I honestly feel bad for you among the other musical students. Koail, once I head out, I hope you'll give him the basics of the instrument he chooses to play," Eric called out before making his hand move slightly to illustrate his words in directing others around.

He just handed me off...
He shrugged off the feeling and instead listened to his directions for the class period. So he'll play some instrumental. Talented and also gorgeous. What the heck is up with the people at this school?
"Sounds great, but what about that guy?"He pointed to Mr. Eyes.

And don't get so offended. He only wanted me to give you a variety of instruments you're capable of playing as music is one of my strongest points. Yué is more a historian. Koail is like me in strong musical points. Tori is more of a combatives person. Viaresu is full of unending wisdom and teaching the art of magic. Unfortunately, his social skills are quite lacking. Based on what I can see from you, I'd suggest guitar, lyre, flute, trumpet, clarinet, saxophone, violin, viola, piano and quite possibly the drums and the harp. Pianos, harps and drumsets aren't meant to be carried, but the others are far more easier to carry about. Heavy instruments don't really suit you too well based on first impressions, but you could get more muscle so the cello is also a possibility and then there's those rolling cello cases nowadays... That is my answer to you on instruments you're capable of playing. Now it's your job to pick one and stick to learning it until you can play it. Musicians like Koail can give you pointers on playing without sheet music whereas I can teach you how to read sheet music alongside composing your own music and writing it down. Unfortunately, my lessons given to you will have to be when I'm not teaching Ophelia seeing as there is no other music teacher who actually works here and isn't having a meltdown," Eric muttered after briefly raising the boy's hand for a closer inspection of it's length and width alongside the length of his arm. As if already bored of the assessment, he removed himself from the keyboard and snapped his fingers at the other three males standing on the stage to which Yué stepped back over to the blue haired male.

This is just tests on what genres she can and can't sing. If she thinks this is hard, she'll be crying soon enough."

This got the Egyptian looking male with the guitar called Koail to start snickering too even if it brought a slightly annoyed glare directed at the two.
