Melody nodded as she finished eating her apple. "That's good then. You can have it whenever you want, I don't mind." She nodded as she threw the apple core away and took Toby's plate.

((I haven't died....yet...Okay, time to abuse Danyael.))

Danyael, having slept for some time now, only awoke from a cold sweat and a horrid nightmare, to get his heart racing from inside his chest. He sat up in bed, panting heavily, as he placed a hand over his heart, only feeling it thumping against it. He wiped his head with the back of his other hand. "my god....they haven't been acting up until now..." He said, kicking his legs over one side of his bed. He moved his hand away from his heart to hold up his head, thinking about his nightmare. It had been about his childhood, when he was still a slave, only a beginner at it. He'd regretted it for all of his life and he never spoke a word of it. He had been used to having a lot of masters and mistresses but being here, he didn't feel the way he used to. He hugged himself and continued to slow his breathing and heart rate down.

Danyael stood up, his knees buckled a few times from beneath him, causing him to fall onto the floor. He sighed and laid flat on his back on the floor. He didn't know what else to do, so he thought being alone would help him a bit, though his nightmare did startle him, which was a first for him.

Hearing the knock, Danyael said softly, "C'mon in."

Danyael grunted slightly as Toby tripped over him. "Well, apparently, I'm here to be trip you." He said, half sarcastically. "I fell is all. Legs don't like me after long cat naps." He sat up on the floor and asked, with all seriousness, "Why, were you worried or something?"

Danyael thought for a minute as he was helped onto his bed. "Thanks." He said, as he began to think aloud, "Maybe because I'm probably not one of the best role models, I was never really liked, and we never really got along...And when we've tried, it didn't work out to well."

"I didn't say that, but if I did, I'd prove that you were a better role model than I. Hell, you said so yourself about my drinking habits." Danyael said, running a hand through his hair and sighing.
