Now that I mentioned stadiums, that gives a good idea. Why not each of the four main places have its own little stadium where grudge matches can take place for those trying to earn fame and fortune. But in the same token, they have a humiliating loss and/or death, which ever the place is and if its a death match or sporting event. Some can be death matches, others a sporting arena where fates gonna be decided on prizes and what not. Despite the fact we have the dream realm holding tourneys, I think the living world should each have its own also.
