"Woah. neato..earth wasn't really his dig, and it was getting close to time for him to leave."

Tai walked over to the scroll that lay at his feet. His sesei had tossed it up into the air when she had arrived. Pulling it open he looked through the scroll rather quickly. After seeing everything he had needed to see from it, he took it and put it in his shinobi pouch.

He took a slightly widened stance, and began to mold chakra. He pulled his chakra apart, resettling it, apart from his own amount of chakra. He took that amount of chakra, and tore it away from himself. With a puff of white smoke, the mirror image of Taiji sprang up, and took a cheesy fighting pose.

Taiji looked at the clone and smiled brightly before chuckling to himself. The clone stop what it was doing, and gave tai a blank expression, before giving him a thumbs up. Tai shook his head slowly and then dispersed of the clone.
"My clones man. They're so weird I swear."

"Wait Hana-sensei, wasn't there something you wanted to teach us?"

Taiji followed his sensei happily.

"Guys, really... Calm down. Let's just get along and learn some jutsu, I need this and some missions for the Chuunin Exams. Please." Jubei said, truly not in the mood for more arguing between his team and their Jounin sensei. He just wasn't in the mood, and was a little tired.

But it looked liked his input was not needed, as everyone had just stopped and started to walk away. Tree climbing sounded like fun, so Jubei figured that he might as well go along. It couldn't hurt to learn this stuff.

"Let's go." He said as he followed his team.

"Oh wow, that's cool. Can you show us tree walking mo jutsu?" Jubei asked, getting a tad impatient with his 'team', or whatever they were. Or maybe he was just sick of learning jutsu right now, he didn't know. He crossed his arms over his chest and sighed, waiting for his Jounin instructor to... Instruct.

[Can't learn Water-Walking without learning tree walking first...]

Taiji looked slightly lost, but decided that it was better not to make waves at the moment. Concentrating his chakra into his feet, he stepped a few times on the grass, trying to notice any changes. He inched towards the water, and put a single foot out.

The foot had a little difficulty staying where it was, and tai's face was that of someone about to be tortured. He didn't like the water very much, not saying that he couldn't swim, but he felt that it was a bit much for himself. He let the foot sink a tad bit, and then pulled it back up, looking at the water again.
"For some odd reason, I feel like this isn't the best idea i've had all day."

taking the foot back, he looked to his team-mates, for some sort of encouragement. Upon realizing who he was dealing with, a tired jubei, and the usual megumi, he quickly gave up. Tip-toeing closer to the water, he put the other foot on it instead. He forced the chakra through his feet and attempted to place his other foot on top, to no avail. I feel like theres a piece of this we're missing..

Vincent came up to Hiniko and hugged her.

"You did well, love," He said, "Now for your reward."

He picked her up in his arms and dashed away from the Training Grounds.
