Hasujo found Zero just as he stepped through the portal. Damn. Hasujo thought. He then started to head for the exit, when he heard another sound. Like footsteps.
Axl followed the corridors, hearing the communication. Then, he found Hasujo. "What the heck are you doing here?" He asked.
Hasujo shined his flashlight at Axl. He winked at him, whispering, "I'm doing my job. Remember my codename?"

Zero was slightly confused as to why Dimension Dragon had helped him escape, but he wasn't going to stick around to find out either. He headed for the elevators, and after finding that they were both near the bottom, he passed them and hit the fire escape. Considering his ability to fall for impressive heights, it didn't take him long to reach the bottom. Once he was clear of the building, he turned his comm on and activated one of the coded emergency frequencies only Hunters were privy to. Axl, and possibly Hasujo would know of this encrypted channel, anyone else, would get little more than a blaring garble of noise.

Hasujo heard some noise from his headset, and switched to the encrypted channel. "Zero, is that you?" He whispered into the headset. He headed towards the staircase leading downwards towards the first floor.
Axl followed Hasujo, also listening in on the channel. "I think we'd better find him." He said to Hasujo.

"Hasujo? Thought you had turned on me. Axl, that better be you on the other end too. I need to meet you both somewhere in town. Send me a signal once your clear of HQ." he said quickly as he darted through some traffic.
He made his way to a construction on the edge of the city, and found himself a fairly secure place to rest while he waited for the others to call him.

"You'll have to excuse me Doctor, I'm afraid pressing matters are at hand. I shall return once I have completed my errand." Dragon said, vanishing into yet another portal. He came out on top of Hunter HQ, and spotted Butterfly winging her way toward the tower. He used a series of portals to cross the rooftops until he was fairly close to the glittering robot.
"Where are you going in such a hurry Butterfly?"

(For one thing, Hasujo and Axl are in a spot where they can't be heard. I don't think Butterfly can hack encrypted channels he doesn't know about.)
"We're on our way out. Just watch out for Butterfly, he's a nasty piece of work. He takes a liking to reflecting everything. He even blocked one of my rifle shots! Zero, you know how powerful my rifle is!" Hasujo said, rushing down the stairs.

(Well Butterfly was following Hasujo so it isn't that hard to hear a mutiny mate!)

"Oh really now? Well that is interesting news. You go and tell the doctor, I'll deal with the vermin personally. You have more firepower than I do, so you are better suited for keeping the Doctor safe. I'll make sure Zero doesn't get any useful information out of the traitor." Dragon said with a sinister growl. He popped into another portal, and started to track Hasujo and Axl. Though he had an idea where they were going.
"You mean the crazy one? Somehow I'm not surprised at all. The nutty ones always get the biggest guns. Head down into the sub tunnels below the streets. I'll meet you several blocks north of HQ." the red hunter said as he exited the building dragon had dumped him on. He pulled up a sewer lid, and jumped in, pulling the lid closed behind him.

(Unfortunately, I had Hasujo in a position where Butterfly couldn't possibly hear, but I'll go with it.)
"On my way." Hasujo whispered in the comm. He headed down into the sewers under HQ, after grabbing some fragmentation grenades. He started walking down the sewer line, until he found Zero. "Hey, finally found you."
"Hey Zero, now what?" Axl said.

"Now we do our best to get the hell out of here before Luna's bots show up to retire us permanently." Zero said, turning to walk down another branch of the sewer. He was interrupted by someone saying something behind them however.
"Well well well. What have we here. Two hunters, and a traitor. Looks like the resistance is having some membership issues since the others turned on you. It's too bad they'll want you dead. You my red friend, should probably leave before anyone else gets here." Dragon said, opening a portal under Zero that cast him into the forest outside of the city.
"Well, with that out of the way, I need you two to play along with me. Axl, I'm afraid that means a lot more pain for you than for Hasujo. I'll need your helmet, and his once we're done. As much as I am loyal to Luna, I don't agree with the methods used in many cases. Ready yourselves, because you're going to have to fight me for real. Use what you have, just don't blow my head off. En Guarde." he said, motioning for them to attack while taping the side of his helmet to activate a recorder. A tiny red light blinked on his helmet, and went off. He then proceeded to lunge at Axl, his claws energized and ready.

"Not a chance Maverick!" Axl shouted at Dragon as he leaped up into the air, firing back down at Dragon.
Hasujo switched to his TMP, and started spraying Dragon with shots. "Sorry, but I think you're really gonna have to beat us if you want our helmets."
