@ Koji: No, it's not even close.
being forcibly kidnapped =/= Leaving on your own accord
heading to a large manor in Durem =/= searching around Gaia
There is MUCH more that I'm not saying at the moment, and that's either because it's tenative or it's major spoilers for Waffle's character development. Major spoilers include why this arc happened plot-wise. There was a very tiny clue in my other arc, which was a ring box.

My I also point ou t you mention the entire family was being taken. Only I a random family and Sil were taken. Still I know there are more differences!
