I would say get rid of a night shift, or tally up for a better score, though it all depends on your choice

Couldn't after all, got sick Tuesday night. Almost blacked out in the shower. It was weird. I had to get out and curl into a little ball on the bath mat to feel better. Then I was still shaky so I was really careful gping downstairs. I slept like 12 hours.

sounds like a case of exhaustion or over excersion (sp?), though you are the nurse/ health personnel, so you might know better

Might have been just a bit of a blood pressure thing from the heat maybe. And maybe I was tired too.

See at first I was all like...It's a smoothie they're generally not considered fast food, but the more I thought about it...it DOES spend the better part of it's pre-digesting phase getting whipped around ....
And so as to put your mind at ease, I've never had a burger or cheeseburger from a fast food place (I did try the southwest chicken though, but with no sauce and no tomato and crispy all the way) It was good but really made me full!
I love McDonalds fries though don't even try taking those away.

@Zeato - Are you talking about the Stargate Movie that is what started the TV series? Or one of the sequels?
Also for some reason the description of Cinder reminds me of an anime, well more like it was apart of an AMV and I can't be totally sure if I saw the anime or not (like on SciFi's Saturday Night Anime when it was awesome). But I remember it had these two androids in it and it was pretty sad what happened but I wont talk about it because I dont like overly sad things
