Kyle felt awful and slowly skated in the direction Katie went in. He didn't want to swim anymore. After a while he saw Katie on the grass. He hesitated before skating up to her, "I'm sorry Katie."

She looked up tears falling down her face. "why are you sorry?" she asked him with a shaky voice.

Kyle sat down next to he, "I lost it when I saw Brian. I shouldn't have done anything to him but I did, and I know its not going to help bring peace to the schools. I'm sorry." He said it quietly not being able to look at Katie.

She looked at Kyle she couldn't stop crying, its been a day after the day her mother died, and this year is the worst, she had cried over it. She wraped her arms around him. "im sorry, i freaked, its just..." she stoped in mid sentence, she couldn't finsih it, it was hard for her to talk about what happened years ago.

She didn't looked up she just kept her head resting on him. She couldn't stop crying, all this was probably from holding her tears in trying to deny everything

Katie was feeling much better, after Kyle was here to comfert her, she had no one to comfert her years ago. "thanks, for being here, it helps" she said to him
