Hidden Soul:
Kikyo Soshi arrived in the village of Hidden Soul. She hadn't been in federation since the slime girl attack, and it caused a chill to run down her spine a little. She glanced around, a hand on the key chain dangling on a chain the way one would wear a necklace. That actually what she had hidden her key blade Shatter Heart as since she didn't want any one to get too much attention on it and try to steal it. Why was she hear in Soul? It wasn't her wanting. She never actually did want to be here, but yet here she was. It was all because of Shatter Heart. Shatter had suddenly given off the weird feeling to Kikyo that made her sense something was up here in Soul. Sure, it was nice to be away from the two new love birds since the thought of Kanshin and Hido getting married made Kikyo want to gag, but it was better than being here, not knowing why she was here. She gripped the key chain tighter, causing her knuckles to turn white as the young girl of Hidden Heaven walked through, trying to find what was bothering Shatter so much. A small breeze blew through her long white hair, making her golden eyes that much more visible to the world and showing that she was searching for something. "Alright Shatter, why am I here? What's been making you freak out on me? I need to get back to Hido and Kanshin quickly since who knows what that man will do with Kanshin while I'm gone, especially since I know she wouldn't complain. Is there another key blade welder here that needs help?.... If only you could talk. That'd make things so much easier." Kikyo reached her other hand and rested it on the sword strapped to her back. It was a normal katana, just as ordinary as the next, but this was what she used to get her key chain to actually become Shatter Heart. It was her father's sword when he was alive, so she always carried it, and normally put her hand onto the sword when she felt she needed some sort of guidance. Too bad her father'ssense of direction hadn't been much better than her own. her wooden sandals made the slightest of clacking noises as she walked along a path, trying to find any hint as to where she was really going as she went. Hopefully th answers would come to her soon, otherwise she may just atempt to ignore her key blade and go back to the village hidden in the leaves and rejoining her group.
Off in the distance she could hear fighting. Normally she was one to avoid it where she could snce she didn't have the best of streaks so far, but something told her that maybe she'd get some answers as to what was going on if she got a better look, so that's what she did. She turned and started walking towards the fight, the long sleves of her black and white kimono-style jacket blowing in the wind as she walked. When she got to the scene, it appeared tp be a battle between many people against one demonic-looking man. Kikyo wrinkled her nose underneath her cloth mask that covered her lower face in slight distaste at the scene. She was usually against a gang up on one person, but that wasn't what caused it. She could tell this wasn't going well. Six people against one, and this one seemed to be handling himself quite fine. That was never a good sign. "Is this what I'm looking for, Shatter? This... monster of a man that's fighting all these people? ... I can't tell if he's evil or not, so I don't know of what use you'll be in fighting him. You're only truely useful against evil. Let's just watch a bit and see what this man it up to."

David Wesker smiled malevolently, he had even more diseases at his command now, just one thing that would help him to create a world of perfect disease.
Gabriel flipped open a pouch at his side and pulled from it a chalice. that he then filled with wine, he then held it out to the demonic man. "if you are pure this will just be wine to you, otherwise it will rid you of your demons. drink from the Holy Grail." he said offering it to him.

"Oh dear I must tell you that I do dislike drinking the alcholic beverages but no matter." He says with a bow as he walked forward. Slowly taking the chalice he held it to his lips savoring the wine's aroma. "Hm...made before the Great War, good year." He says as he swirls it around before lifting to his lips. "Oh but one more thing Mr. Gabriel if I do drink this, will you join my side? After all I know of how your people like Crusading and killing all those blasphemous." Akuma says with a smile as his hand slowly slid to the side.
Suddenly Saikou felt as though his body was going to explode. Hang on kid, Master is transferring all the dark souls into us real quick, although I don't know how long we can last so sit tight." The demon Creed said within Saikou's thoughts. Although in agony the dark energy he was giving off was also by his keyblade and his demon arm so it seemed normal now and while he was in pain since he was lying in a crator that Akuma placed him in he would seem normal.
Drinking the wine he opened eye as Akuma drop to his knees. "Oh no, I'm beginning to loose strength, AGHH I'm melting I'm melting oh what a world." He says as he merely stops as he smile standing. "You see my boy, Death is not good nor evil but a fact, something that can only be used for either purpose a natural part of life, as is birth to death, do you understand? I know it may be hard to accept but join my cause and you shall gain ever lasting glory with the lord." He says placing one hand on his shoulder.
As he smiled the dark spirits then resumed back inside of Akuma as he calmly gazed at the holy warrior, while Saikou now calmly closed his eyes, it seemed the tramautic event was blocked by his new demon arm. Suddenly the keychain of the Healed Heart seemed to lift upward pointing to something. Sitting up he avoided using his right arm as he saw her. "Kikyo get out of here now!" Saikou shouts as he tries to stand only for more pain to ecompass him.
Akuma turned to see Saikou was yelling toward the girl he wanted. "Ah, the Demon of Heaven, my dear girl you are perfectly on time." The large man says as he walked toward her. "I know you had some problems with...oh what were they? Oh yes the Gear Faction, and they recently took over your village, I have a proposition for you, join me and I shall allow you your village back, along with enough power that you Kage would be jealous of." He says holding his hand toward her.

Drago watched as his own attack had became his own undoing. the kick that he was delivered had maanged to hit more times than what he had imagined. He hadn't been hit like that for a while. Drago stood up and he only leaned against the wall.
"Heh."
Drago then remembered that he was pretending to be in a movie. He quickly fell down as he only held up one hand.
"GWAAAH you have defeated me brother but I will leave you with a mark. If you are cool enough you will find me again.."
As Drago ran his hand down Gin's arm. A sign of serenity would appear on his arm. Drago focused his handseals and as he did he disappeared in a veil of smoke. Drago had felt something was wrong with the world. He would have to investigate before he had anymore fun fighting... Drago would have to look up this problem that was disturbing his spirit..something that was effecting the hope of others.
"Who are you again..this time..Hope..the Nibi..or Holocaust..what? I am Drago..the Man of Hope.."
Drago managed to say as he continued to walk down his path of redemption.

Gabriel looked as if he had just been spoken to by the lord himself. "my Lord, what is your wish?" he said and kneeled his head down to the ground, and his spear standing straight up. Gabriel now believed that the man before him was of pure body, mind and soul. nothing could be wrong with this man.

"As you know this world is made of both darkness and light, one cannot exist without the other, so is the same with life and death, if there is no death there can be no life, and if there is no life there can be no death." He says as he turns away as he walked around. "I am to stop the cycle of death, as I've already gained three things I wish to obtain, we are at the nexus of spirits, Hidden Soul, the two key wielders are here..." He says as he grins. "Though I require two more things I need, one is a man known as Drago, and..." He says walks to Wesker. He leaned as he tapped his shoudler speaking not mentally but spiritually. 'Go to Hidden Leaf, lead as many people you can here alright?' He asks as he leans back. He smiled as he turns to Gabriel. "Young Gabriel go with Wesker to Hidden Leaf, bring as many people as you can, we need as many of them here in order to allow them all to be granted by this momentous event alright?" He asks with a calm warm smile.

Standing before the fallen Drago he knew he wasn't done just yet but he had honor so he'd let him stand if he could. Not moving a muscle as he touched his arm some kind of symbol took over it as the sign of serenity glowed for a moment and stitched to his skin once Drago left. Poking it a few times Gen could tell this was permanent. "Hmmm either I just got what I was looking for, or he just cursed me. Eh I guess this is a good thing." Looking to the east side of the village he could sense a greater chakra force and many others around it. If it was strong enough to get his attention then it must of been worth seeing. Strapping the sword to his left side Gensai began lining up in the middle of the road like a sprinter. Looking down and then up to motivate himself Gensai shot himself off the dirt and dashed straight for it making clouds of dust behind him.

Kikyo realized the it was Sakai and started to run to him right before he told her to run, but it probably wasn't in the direction he was hoping. Kikyo blinked in momentary confusion when she saw the other guy walking towards her and skidded to a stop, jumping back quite a distance and skidding to a hault once more. She glanced to Sakai worriedly and and peered at Akuma as he talked. He had been waiting for her? From how he said she was "on time," she could only assume so. How did he know so much about her? Yeah, she was called a demon back home, but she was starting to wonder how many people outside of Heaven knew her as The Demon of Heaven just by seeing her.
Kikyo gripped both her sword and the key chain tightly, mummbling silently to herself "What kind of trouble did you get me into, Shatter? You're supposed to be making me good, but not Kanshin level good. I don't want people waiting for me... Yet."
So, he knew about how she had a talk with Gear's Kage when they invaded. Did he also know that one of the guys that helped was now her best friend's fiance? That would be hard having to turn against her own friend, especailly since she had so few. The offer to get Hidden Heaven free once more and power... But there would be a catch. She knew there was. Why else would Sakai have told her to run?
Still, she cautiously walked towards Akuma. When she was near him, she suddenly side stepped him and jumped over to Sakai's side, making sure to still face Akuma. "Sakai... What the happened to you? You look like hell... Where does it hurt? I'll heal it and stop the pain." Her hand glowed brightly as she started Healing Cross. She wouldn't actually touch it to him until she knew what was causing the pain, but she was ready to help when he needed it. In the mean time, she made sure to keep Akuma in the corner of her eye so that way, if he should try anything she didn't like, she would be able to react quickly.

Gabriel stood, "yes my Lord!" then turned to leave with Wesker.
Wesker stood there having fun with the powers he had gained from the god-like man. he then turned, "as you wish, i'll go publicize." he said and left with Gabriel.

"Oh and Wesker I want them alive." He says before turning to Kikyo. "That will not be needed my lady, you see Saikou has also gained power although he does not know he wanted it at the time, I have given him the strength of a demon known as Creed who created a phantasmal power, in fact you may see it soon enough." Akuma says with a smile as he walked up to her. "The only catch that is needed in this affair is that key blade of yours, and don't worry your not going to be trading one overlord for another, I'll leave you village well enough alone infact in away I'll leave all villages alone.." He says with a smirk. "But indeed I require those people...and if your thinking the worse...say as a sacrifice for some idiotic ritual than all by no means no, they shall all partake in this glorious event, and I must say I can never resist showing off in front of a crowd." He says with a chuckle. "But anyhow all we need is Drago Houdini." He says with a calm gaze as he looked out in the distance.
Slowly Saikou moved next to Kikyo. "I'm fine.." He says hiding his right arm. "Hehe, infact I got myself one of those over-sized keys like you." He says raising the healed heart. "It said that our two keys our a duo hehe but mine is evil made from a demon's heart and yours from a woman's pure heart...so I suppose this does mean I am evil.." He says looking down toward his new demonic arm. The man Akuma seemed to heavily imply it, and even when his attempt at redemption failed, he wondered if this was the final act to push him over the edge. Another thought cascaded. Drago Houdini. "Wait your thinking of bringing a psycho like that here, that man was going to slaughter an entire village for enjoyment!" He shouts as he tries to stand, he wasn't going to let a murderous man like that get anywhere near his friend, he would fight to the very death. Wait, why was he being so defensive of Kikyo? She was a bethrothed woman, and yet having a key that was connected to her made him feel...different about her.

Kikyo smirked slightly under her mask. "What? You gonna open giant doors, too? You were jealous of my big a** key after all." She was trying to lighten the mood since she could tell Sakai was troubled by all of this. She didn't enjoy this, having to see some one who had tried to help her suffering. If Richard were here.... Well, if he were here, things would be far worse. It was a good thing Richard wasn't. Who knows what he'd do.
Kikyo tensed up and took a step back when Akuma stepped towards her. She didn't like this. People were starting to know what her weakness was, her village. As much as she hated the people in the village, she still was going to protect it as best as she could. After all, her goal is to become age, so she needed to work hard to gain the trust of the people in her home. This man, who ever he was, knew she was willing to negotiate with Gear to prevent them from causing more damage than they had created before her arrival.
Then he said they needed one more. Some one named "Drago." From how Sakai spoke about him, she didn't like the idea either. It sounded too risky. Why would some one want a psychopath in one of their plans? Plans usually did with out them or avoided them at all costs. What was this man planning any ways?
"Sakai, for my sake, please tell me this guy wanting me to join him isn't a Jashin. Lie if you have to, but tell me he isn't. I've heard some crazy a** things about that religion, and I would soon rather slit my own throat than have to deal with a religious freak like that. Who is he, any ways? If I'm needed for something, then I want details as to what I'm needed for. I'm considering helping... But it's only because my village needs to be rescued. Gear moved Heaven and is pointing the cannons we use to keep rouges out of the village for something else. What it is, Im not sure, but I don't like people using the village like that."

"No...this man is far more powerful...when he touched my soul, I saw a being I only saw in pictures...the very creature known as the Shinigami." He says as he sighs. "For some reason he needs both of our key blades, obviously he wants to open or lock something and since this is the focal point of spirits he may wish to open to the very spirit world...but what he wants wiht Drago I don't know..." He says as held his glowing demon arm from view. "Yes, I heard about that...look Kikyo I'm so sorry I left back then, I....was weak I...still am but I'm sorry for failing you and your people." He says as he held back the tears in his eyes. Be it from the agony of the process he obtained his new arm or the emotional level he did not know but it all came out at once. Oh quit your crying kid, you know it's not that great to be attached to a whiny brat like you anyhow, all I wanna do is fight buut now we gotta go through the emotional drama. The hand emitted a voice, that sounded like Saikou's only more cynical and darker.

This was going to be fun... if you enjoyed being bossed around by some one who saw themself as a god and had the power to add to that ego. Kikyo didn't take orders well before, so this was going to be a difficult time for her. She just knew it would be. After all, if she couldn't even stand some one who was almost exactly like herself or Hido, then how would she handle this guy? Oh well. At least she would be with Sakai and making sure he was alright. Well, so long as this went by quickly then she wouldn't complain... too much.
Kikyo took her hand off of her sword and the keychain that producd Shatter Heart and rested one on his shoulder, smiling gently to him and that smile showing in her eyes. "Hey, don't eat yourself over it. You did great considering we were against jounin and up. Besides, we were up against Hido,and he's a pain in the a**. To add on, he and Kanshin are now engaged, so that's just making things fine and peachy... Kanshin would never hurt him, even though he killed her sensei. Don't worry about it. I'm glad you escaped. I'm glad you survived. More importantly, I'm happy I was able to see you're still alive... even if it isn't under the best of conditions." She glanced to Akuma out of the corner of her eye. Sakai would understand what she meant.
She then sighed reluctantly and took her hand off Saikou's shoulder before turning to Akuma, narrowing her golden eyes slightly as she spoke seriously. "Alright, I'll join, but you have to promise me you'll spare Kanshin Enkou and Hido Nara. Both are... important to me, and if anything, and I will emphasize this just to make it clear; if ANYTHING happens to either, especailly the Enkou, then I'm leaving. End of story. And, like you said, no dictating Heaven when this ends. I'm going to rule Heaven one day." Kikyo made sure to sound as brave as possible, not letting her words falter once in fear. Sure, she was no match for him, she could tell just by looking at him, but she wasn't going to be pushed around.

"Of course my dear, the Demon of Heaven shall rise to become the Highest Angel, a sort of...Ascension hehe quite the opposite from an old religious book I've read about how their main devil...Lucifer was the greatest angel, only to rebel and became the prince of darkness but you my lady shall become from Demoness to Seraph." He says waving his hand in the air as he sighs. "Though I shall spare Kanshin....Hido is a man who...well I'm sure his plans won't interfere with mine, but if they do attack me I have all rights to defend myself?" He asks with a smile his white irises following her. "But you have my word your Village will be kept from being harmed and my promise is always guarenteed." He says as he bows. "Although now for those promises I must say do you wish to obtain a new spirit, a demon perhaps like young Miyanari or something else?" He asks with a raised brow.

Kikyo frowned and shook her head. "Don't attack Kanshin. She's weaker than I am, and anything she does she does with good intentions. She's pure of heart and wouldn't know any better since she only does as she's told. Besides, attacking Kanshin is exactly what'll get Hido to attack you. As I've said, Hido is Kanshin's fiance and I made him swear that not a single hair on her head will get hurt when she's around him. So long as she's safe then you, most likely, don't have to worry about Hido." Kikyo wanted to protect Kanshin too since she was like a sister to her at this point. Besides, it'd probably take one hit from him to kill Kanshin since she was still so weak. She didn't want to risk there being too big of a fight about this.
Then there was the offer to obtain a new spirit. Kikyo was a bit confused by that. Was he going to replace her current spirit with another? "Umm... I honestly don't now how to answer that question. I'd rather not have anything to do with a demon spirit due to several things. My keyblade absorbs all evil and converts it to chakara, so putting an evil spirit in me's a very bad idea... And may I request you to go easy on the Demon of Heaven puns? I'm sure I've heard them all at this point..."
