They have to be within hearing range. Many of them have been living with Stephanie Brown, thank goodness, so I don't think any of them got vanished with the old place.

They seem to be so far. Though I have no idea what Batman thinks about rats living in Batman, Inc. They claim he's lightened up a bit. I still think that any time he smiles, he's imagining dangling me out a 30-story window by my pointy pixie boots.

Yeah I did and it's much more quiet there. I even set up an office to do some work in.
But I do admit that I have been trying to find out what has been going on in there, why it didn't disappear the other landmarks..

It's not the only place...wish I still had my surveillance footage. I'm positive the 'almost vanished or changed and then didn't' phenomena happened somewhere else, too.

If everyone just bust in there like crazy people it would probably be easier to get in.
I mean we have people who can teleport in or shrink or become invisible..
It would have been more.. effective if we just investigated then left instead of trying to take over..
That plan is probably out the window though.
