Don't tell that to me. Tell it to the guy who made the post. And aren't they all dancing to Britney Spears or something? How much more sluttier do you want?
The sad thing though, is that I actually have relatives that would willingly let their kids do this(in public like these girls). No, I'll correct that. Only one relative of mine would let their kids do this. And her kid actually has danced pretty outrageously, never this level.

It's to beyonce's "All the Single Ladies." I looked it up, and it you take the fact out of their age, their outfits and dance moves were all completely appropriate for the song.
And without a doubt the parents were being irresponsible.

There really should be something like that, and for more than one thing too. Like you would need to write one before you:
-get married
-have children(including adoptions)
-get a drivers license
-own a credit card
-own a house/car
-own a pet
-work in the medical field
the list goes on. Yes I have thought about this idea before. I called it a 'common sense test' though. Same thing really.

I was thinking that we should put some sort of birth control in the water supply and you can only get the antidote when you pass a parenting test. *shrugs*
