Felina sighed finishing her drink nd collecting up cid seeing as he had finished eating too "If Mari progresses through to the next round without fighting you then she will have to face you in the final match not that 2nd place is such a bad thing if she loses. But she should be ok with it since she must have known the two of you fighting was most likely" she told him optimistically.
Satoshi frowned a little loosening her grip a bit on Hebal's hand seeing that she was struggling a little to keep up "I wouldnt call myself a tour guide, I'm just looking for a couple of sign posts telling us which way to go. But sure I love moogles so did a lot of reading up about them when I had a bit of time off between missions" she admitted steering them out the market place "Whats up with the yellow chocobos, they can transport you around just fine"

Gil nodded "I'm sure she'll do fine as well assuming her powers don't get the better of her" he said getting up and nudging Enkidu out of the booth "She's still very good and extremely talented for her age" he said
Oassu nodded in agreement "Yeah could probably beat me if she fought me just with swords" he said "Wonder how she'd fare against the others" he said adding his own bit to the bill
Zadina nodded in agreement "Yeah I especially like the blue and white chocobos but why are Viera so picky about what they use for transportation" he said allowing the float spell to carry him along "All chocobo are super fun to ride from my experience" he said
Itaka sighed "Yeah she's fine I was flying her before you after all" he said nuzzling Seph "Lets just go home, I'll run out and get some drinks and we can just relax if you like" he said

Hebal shrugged "They are kinda snobby mostly and for some reason green ones are all the fashion to have in the village not that I approve of fashion pets. But in viera belief, white chocobos are meant to be signs of good luck so riding a white one is like getting good luck on your travels" she explained bouncing along now she wasn't being pulled so hard. "I think its cute you read up so much on moogles, bet you have a little moogle doll and everything sitting at home"
Seph smiled a little folding her tail in as much as possible to avoid showing Chobi that it had been injured "Well... pretty sure we agreed to a take away but its a bit too early for that. But instead of taking me home and running off, why not just pick up some drinks and snacks somewhere nearby. I'm not so badly hurt that I'm having issues with my balence" she told him returning the nuzzle with her horns.

Felina smiled throwing in the rest of the gil required for the bill failing to notice she had added an extra 50% than what was being asked for "Are you just going to go back to the arena now then Gil? And of course Mari is talented, everyone in our group is though we probably dont seem all that great when compared to your skill... anyway I think both Mari and Seph would do/have done very well against the other semi finalists"
Satoshi rolled her eyes "Well that sounds like your viera friends are silly. Personally I like the black ones best, and the golds since they are so shiny. But maybe the greens make good camouflage in your forest if I start thinking more practically" she pondered stopping to try and make out what was written on the tiny sign post by her knee in height. "Oh yeah I have one or two moogle dolls in my apartment but its mostly paintings I've done but don't want to be rid off that fill up the space"

Gil nodded "Yes I imagine the next fights will be starting soon so I'd best attend not too long to go now before the finals after all but lets hope Mari wins her fight" he said.
Oassu nodded "Uhuh then we're guaranteed the prize if she does" he said happily "Still I'm not sure Gil is certainly iconic but he only specialises in swords, plenty of heroes who combine both magic and weaponry" he said.
Zadina giggled "I bet it's a very pretty apartment if it's got all those paintings of yours lying around though I would like to see those moogle dolls of yours since you love them so much" he said noting a stall selling nothing but moogle dolls
Itaka nodded taking Seph's hand before climbing up onto Chobi's back "Yeah lets go take your mind off stuff, did they treat you up alright in there?" he asked "Certainly helped me heal up well enough, sometimes just forget we managed to get by alright without white magic to heal us" he chuckled

Seph nodded jumping up on the chocobo's back behind Itaka "I could manage just fine, its just white magic is less painful. Trust me if you've ever had to pull a bullet out yourself you'll know exactly what I mean. Plus you're less likely to scar with magic" she answered wrapping her arms around his waist ready for take off "They were nice enough to me but by the time I came around I was just lying on a bed with no doctors around, spoke to that garif competitor who got through. Not much of a talker but seemed nice enough based on what he did say"
Hebal giggled suddenly noticing the moogle doll stand as Satoshi spoke "Sounds like a great apartment, take a photo or bring a few of the pictures next time you go there or even bring one or two to the airship since that could do with some more decorating and guys like Alpha dont appreciate art enough to do it themselves"

Satoshi snickered shaking her head "I know what your thinking, and nope I get a moogle doll every dragon festival from my dad so don't need to go buying any more of those. Also my apartment is a mess from all the paintings lying around with the good ones I like on the walls. So if you go in ever feel free to just grab any on the floor if you can get the blue paint stain out the floor" she told them eventually letting her friends out of her grip and turned right.
Felina grinned handing the bill and gil back to the waitress "Don't let us keep you here if you really need to go, I'm guessing the other two matches will be over now and the line ups arranged now. At least in the torunament Seph and Mari will be acknowledged for their skills enough to be guests of honour in the after party. Bet you'll have a good time there while me and Oassu go celebrate elsewhere"

Zadina frowned "Don't you have someone to look after your apartment and clean it up every now and then?" he asked surprised "Not even a little spell? I could lay down a spell to keep dust off or make an enchantment for you to hang up" he said.
Gil nodded "Well I'd best be off then though I wonder if they'll show up to the party but you are probably welcome to join as well being royalty and all but thank you for the meal I will see you later" he said whistling to Enkidu who gave Cid one last look and a brief sniff before jogging after Gil.
Oassu patted Cid "Well that was certainly quite pleasant food is really good here" he said stretching before cuddling Felina "But what would you like to do now? Shall we go back and watch the rest of the fights or something else?" he asked kissing her shoulder.
Itaka nodded encouraging Chobi to take to the skies "Yeah I'll bet, probably treated as a right oddball by his species most Garif are very very peaceful and pacifistic normally" he said flying high trying to spy a supermarket "Still you want to go to the party later?" he asked

Seph groaned and shook her head "No thanks Itaka, maybe I'll change my mind later but right now I am just not feeling in the mood to go to it" she admitted wondering if Itaka had an idea of where he intended to go "They probably frown upon him but still good on him considering he's apparently a farmer by trade. Wouldn't want to be the one trying to run off with his cattle"
Hebal smiled saluting Satoshi "Yes ser, I know great ways to get rid of stains and dirty marks from having messy kids like Amane who used to come home covered from head to toe in mud althogh Zadina's magic way of cleaning sounds like it would be a good idea for you considering how long you are away for. Plus you'll want it to look nice for Gil, the last thing he'll want is a dirty dusty bedroom at your place and would love I bet to see the paintings" she advised thinking to herself it was cute that Satoshi still received moogle dolls from her dad.

Felina waved unsure as to whether or not Gil had seen or not "Well he was in a hurry wasn't he. And Enkidu's interest in Cid is a little... worrying. Oh well I'll do anything you fancy. I can't think of anything else to do besides watching the matches so if you have another idea please feel free to inform me" she answered stroking his sides.
Satoshi smiled indicating to a big stone building with a gigantic archway big enough to fit a shoopuff through if it was necessary "Apparently the technology stuff gets sold in there, must get some pretty big machine things to need an enterence that big" she commented staring up at the roof. "Nobody takes care of my apartment when nobody is home, its only built for one person so its not like I can really share it and all the other ninjas are too busy going back and forward doing their own thing to ask if I need help with things so I wouldnt say no if you were to offer an enchantment"

Oassu nodded "Well the matches are quite close together since there's a big ceremonial party later I wonder why the Gria care so much about this combat stuff" he said "Still I'm sure Enkidu and Cid could get along with supervision" he added turning to kiss Felina's ears and whisper with a smile "We could always go back to bed"
Zadina skipped happy someone was giving him a reason to practice enchanting "Ok! I'll get right to work on it once we get back to the airship though I might need to visit a magic shop to get items and I'll make a nice thing that prevents dust settling for like....hmm I don't know how powerful I can make it but we'll see" he said.
Itaka nodded spying a market selling snacks and food and allsorts before ushering for Chobi to descend "Yeah but most Garif are happy as they are so not going to knock their lifestyle choice" he said stretching as Chobi slowed down to land

Seph snickered a little shaking her head "I wasn't having a go at their lifestyle choice though it would be nice if they were a little more social and less shy to other people. Though personally I always thought the farms around where I lived as a girl were incredibly boring with the exception of the chocobo ranch. Since then I've never really been around those kind of places unless to sneak in for a night when travelling"
Hebal giggled gazing up at the giant arch Satoshi had pointed out "Oooh thats big enough to fit an airship through I bet but I don't really think this is the city to find loads of magic stores in. But maybe theres a basic one somewhere or even an alchemy place if that helps too" she pondered as she skipped forward "Don't any people do normal jobs in your village other than being ninjas so you could have hired a cleaner?"

Felina blushed a little surprised at Oassu's suggestion but laughed and whispered back along with a kiss on the neck "We'll do that a little later when everyone else is busy at that party since I doubt we will be the one person they are each allowed to invite along with them". She yawned stretching her arms out in front her "The fighting is a part of gria culture, if you're good at it you gain status and respect for it. Its the same with hunting amongst forest elves"
Satoshi smirked patting Hebal's ears "Well of course there are other people out there without ninja jobs. Not everyone is proven to have what it takes to be a ninja so they all have to do the rest of the jobs the village requires. But theres not that many who do cleaning and they tend to be really expensive to hire because of the number of people always away. But thanks for offering to do that for me Zadina" she smiled at him.

Zadina nodded in agreement "Ok I'll just wait until I visit somewhere else with a bit more magic expertise" he said "I've always wanted to try enchanting and making magical items and stuff, well equipped with magical artifacts a low level wizard can hold his own against a much stronger foe" he said
Oassu nodded "Well I'd be surprised if they turned Elven royalty away but yeah yeah we might not get to go" said Oassu somewhat disappointed at the thought of not attending the big party "Is hunting an important thing in your city? Or is it too much city and less forest?" he said.
Itaka shrugged "I dunno about farm life, I'm sure plenty of people like it and I think they tend to get wrapped up in their own little communities, I'm not exactly 'in' with the farming community but the guy who runs the office at my chocobo farm is always attending farmers markets and stuff."

Seph nodded buring herself into Itaka's back while they landed "Maybe when you retire you can be more part of that farming community yourself though truth be told, I don't think guys like us would really fit in that well being a pair of rough mercenaries and thieves by title" she mumbled spreading her wings out in the breeze.
Hebal nodded circling her friends moving a little bit further forwards each time she went around them "Sure is true, not just limited to articfacts but also weapons and armour. I can make magical armours with a little enchanting but its so much easier when you can to just add the odd ingredient that an lead to the same effect" she told Zadina as she shifted underneith the archway "Well then maybe you shouldnt have so many ninjas but do you at least get to decide whether or not you become one?"
