Rei was normally as bold as kids her age were, but the look on Ryou's face made her suddenly afraid. Besides which, both of these men-- looking like strange evil twins of Ryou and Khalid-- just freaked her out. She took a step backwards, trying to half-hide behind Pegasus, clinging to his side. "I'm just not grown yet." She said, her voice surprisingly stubborn despite her shyness. "Don't call me midget."

"Would you rant me call you runt? Runt ryhmes with c-" kira quickly slaped her hand over luci mouth. "Eheheheh EMBER!"
Ember came running with a sigh "You agian?" Ember walked up grabbing vadin by the back of the neck. "Im sorry rei they really have no manners" she dragged him along.
"Ow!" Kira said pulling back her hand that was now bleeding.
Luci smirked "Be carful I might have rabies"

Vadin squirmed and managed to pull out of Ember's grip. He bolted to Ryou's side, clinging to the boy. "Don't touch me, Ember. I'm tired of you."

Lui sighed and looked to vadin "Is she always this loud?"

"Well, not after Khalid almost killed her." Vadin said, resting his head against Ryou's shoulder. "But, yeah, most of the time. And I'll let you know, Ember, that I can do whatever the hell I want with Ryou. Just because he got brought back to life doesn't mean I lost control over him."

Ember let out a small growl then looked up to pegasus "Pgasus why dont you take rei somewhere else?"
Luci smirked "He has apoint you know.I mean kira's alive and I can fully control her."

Pegasus had been too wrapped up in the conversation to remember that he was holding Rei. Or, grabbing her by her shoulder. He nodded at Ember and then tugged on Rei a little. "It'd be best to leave the house for a little bit. Where would you like to go?"
Rei tried to dig her feet into the ground. "No! I'm not leaving!" She said shrilly, pulling away from Pegasus. She whirled to give both Ryou and Kira a wide-eyed stare. "Something's going on here! Why am I not being told? I don't want to be lied to!" She also didn't want to leave her family. Not when any of them could be in danger. nNot so soon after getting them back.
Pegasus knelt on teh ground to be at Rei's level, and seized her by the shoulders, spinning her around to face him. Pegasus hardly ever lost his calm, but this was one of those times. He shook Rei a little and spoke in a low hiss. "This is one of those things that is better not to know. Now get a hold of yourself and come with me; you'd only do something stupid and get hurt." Rei began to complain and tried to pull away from Pegasus. He slapped her sharply across one cheek. "Stop it." He muttered. "You're being hysterical. Now, come with me." Rei, one cheek bright red, her mouth hanging open, could do nothing more than allow herself to be dragged along as Pegasus took a hold of her wrist and walked away. She was too stunned to remember to fight back.
Vadin chuckled as he watched Pegasus leave. "What a spoiled child. Too bad I can't blame it on you, Kira. You weren't the one who raised her." He turned to look at her, grinning.

Kira opened her mouth to complain but luci grabed her "Stupid girl. Im starting to get a headache..."
'"hey dont talk to her like that" Ember said.
"And you...." Luci hissed. Embers eyes went blank and she let out a small cry falling to her knees and grasping her head. Blood was dripping out her nose.
"What did you do to her?" Kira demanded and luci growled grabbing her by the neck "I Said shut up!"

Ryou broke away from Vadin and went to Ember, ignoring the demon as he growled. "Are you okay? What'd he do?" Though he hadn't been there at the time, Ryou knew vaguely of what Khalid had done to Ember and didn't want to have the same kind of thing happen.

"If your head hurts, you take an aspirin, you stupid t**t!" Ryou was surprisingly violent-tempered. Honestly, he had lost his head and his sense of reality somewhere around the point where his demon came back, his husband left, and when he realized that he was utterly helpless.

Ryou grit his teeth and tried not to say anything as Vadin gave him a very amused look. He needed to help Ember out, or at least pass her off to Atem or Kawi or someone who actually cared.
Vadin went over to Ryou and crouched down to be on the same level as the boy. "You're idiotic. You always seem to be on the verge of commiting suicide, but then you go and do things like that that show me you're clearly too weak to kill yourself and would instead like someone else to do the job." He kissed Ryou's cheek.
