Aivi: I personally would be 16 forever if I could be the age I feel
Dave: hey... me too!
Aivi: really now!!
Dave: yep
Dave: I don't think I ever really grew up correctly
Dave: if it were a video game, I'd load a previous save point and try it again
Aivi: i think i'm doomed to be one of those mages who has no HP whatsoever
Aivi: but they grow on you anyway.
Dave: you have to deal with the advantages and disadvantages that you have
Dave: like... if you are a mage, you have your special abilities and everything
Dave: ...you just need a character to tank in front of you and absorb all the damage
Dave: perhaps that's the secret of life that RPGs can teach us
Dave: in life, most objectives are much harder than they need to be if you try to solo them
Dave: we all need a party of some kind

A good piece of advice. heart

If you're a compassionate mage, you'll heal the big dumb guy.
He does what he's good at, and you do what you're good at.
You help each other out. n___n

The point at which any hero decides he's too-good-for-that-s**t is where he meets his downfall and everything goes awry until he learns his lesson about sitting on his happy little throne of LIES. :0

This isn't the first incident where we've misinterpreted each other's banterings for somewhat deeper discussion. xD

Here's a heart for you.

Woohoo, snow day! :D

Downside: cleaning off my ice-encased car with a broom. A crappy broom. Not to mention just being in a thin pair of pajama pants, a borrowed pair of leather shoes, and a hoodie while cleaning said car.

Nonetheless, snow day!

Damn you, people who got snow days. The sky was completely clear today. In fact, it was rather warm. Dx

And I want those hair clips... especially now that my hair is stupid and won't stay out of my face. gonk But I know I won't get them. *sigh*

Oh, if he doesn't get on soon, I'm going to end up using my keyboard as a pillow. It actually looks really comfortable, too. Dx

Twn thirty. If he isn't on here by ten thirty, I'm gone. Although I hafta wonder if he meant 11 my time or his... el sigh. Evil time zone situations.

...

Being overlooked stinks ... Being forgotten is terrible.

I quit a certain guild over a month ago, a guild that I pretty much founded; I suggested it to the other members not long after Guilds were released, I paid a large portion of the purchasing cost, I kept it running when it was dying, I dragged it from the brink of falling apart on more occasions than I care to remember ... out of a stupid misguided sense of duty and responsibility to the RP itself and my character's role in it.

A few months back, I killed off my character without any fanfare, just quietly. Gone. I edited certain posts, I changed certain things.

Nary a word on the subject.

And then I quit the guild, because I couldn't take it anymore.

After all I did to keep things going, I can't help but think that I really wasted my time there, if this is my legacy.

Well. Hopefully I will take a lesson away from this. I knew all along that they weren't really my friends, and this kind of disregard ... kind of drives that home.

Still. I feel better that I did leave clues, and didn't JUST stop visiting. I had warned them that I was losing interest, and they didn't seem too keen on keeping me around anyways.

I was just reading my livejournal and noticed that it's REALLY INTERESTING.

Maybe it's just because I'm still drunk from last night but I think it's a really good read. lol I should so make it into a book once I get more material together (I only started writing into it again since September or something).

Add me and you will agree! It will knock you out of your socks and glue you to your seat!
