((YAY!!! I Can post again! ))
Laura woke up the next morning, not all there. She got up and the maids were all scurrying around making breakfast and whatnot. Lawliet was downstairs, already working on a new project. After breakfast, Laura ran through a few very difficult training courses and went back into her room. She took a shower and caught her breath, waking up fully by this point and feeling better then she had in a long time. She put on the normal attire, except adding a thin black tank top under her shirt in order to hide the tattoo better. She couldn't forget what happened yesterday. She sighed, grabbed her sword, and walked out the door. She then took a taxi back into town.

And I'm sure she'll understand. And too bad, Lolly! My belly is made out of TITANIUM! HA!)) Sami was lounging on the window ledge, gazing outwards as the sun climbed higher into the sky. Tony was still in the bed, but whether or not he was still asleep was a different story. Then her phone began to beep softly. Blinking, she lowered her hand to reach down and take it up from the floor, holding it up to her ear and beginning to speak gently. "Hello? ...Ah, yes, good morning. Hm... oh, yes, of course. SURE, che... Very well, then. Yes, I'll ask. Yes, goodbye." She hung up, setting it back down on the floor before turning back to look out the window, merely a silken robe covering her form with her hair pulled back. "You were the person I wanted to be." I wonder what you'd say,

Laura got dropped off at the park. The whole place was covered in 'Do Not Cross Line' tape. Apparently, the government elites forgot to clean up the mess Laura made. The whole section of the park was covered in bloodstained grass and body parts. "Looks like I know what made the top story in the morning news..." She sighed, walking around the crowd.

Stepping off the ledge, she drifted over to him, sitting on the bed at his side to run her fingers through his hair. "Tell me my love, did you sleep well?" She cooed. Laura passed by a newspaper stand and the park photos were on the front page. She passed by an electronic store where the TVs at the windows were broadcasting the story. Laura stopped to listen. Apparently, they believed the government assassins were terrorists (according to government information), but no one can explain how they were all killed by what looked like deep slashes from a butcher knife. Laura blinked as she watched it. 'The more unclear the story is, the less likely they will uncover the truth.' She thought.
