Austin scrambled away, before getting onto his knees and pushing the sofa Michael was still behind and tilting it over onto the vampire's foot. Austin had also managed to snatch the necklace that was his, and was now running again, before he tripped and crashed into the television set.
Zack swore profoundly, firing another round at Michael.
They say that, given enough bullets, even a vampire can be killed, if they're big enough. Seriously, if a howitzer cut right through a vampire, and turned it into mincemeat, would the vampire still be alive, so to speak?
