No... my boyfriend is the one who got into a car wreck... >.O and he has to go to court in a couple weeks for it too... but he's got luck on his side... his dad called the other guy's insurance place and found out that the car wasn't his... and to top that off... the car itself hasn't had insurance on it since Oct. of last year... so the guy basically lied to the cops... >.O

i see....i wish i could have lied to the cops but no....thats what background checks are for......i would have been caught
