Probably. That might be the reason MOTHER 3 hasn't been translated by Nintendo.
I see something jumping, but it doesn't look like Magikarp to me. In fact...I don't know what it looks like. Possibly, but that would be an easy fix, if needed honestly. It's a big orange fish with yellow whiskers. It's gotta be Magikarp! lawl. Fish is in desperation over Magikarp. Well heres to hoping it is!

I'm almost positive that mine cart is actually the cart you are stuck in in Pokemon Snap.
I'm sure of it.
But yeah... Bowser really reaks of badassery in that video.

It's part of the Ice Climber's level if you want a comparison. I'm not really sure how you confused it for Magikarp. Oh and yes, I saw the video.
