Cerbi Konoha should host a sakura festival, because we havent had a special thread since... X-mas, har har.
And I did do research, it is sakura time between now and April...
Kages should be alowed to join, all mingle and have fun. xd Is this for all villages? And all the shinobi in them? *hopeful look on face*

@Rin: No, it won't be. Will be crowded enough with possibly the other kages, their escorts, and then all of Konoha's people. Sorry, but ask your kage for something like that. It's something that I organised for Konoha, so yeah.
And Kouri, I wasnt there because it was 12:01am my time, haha.

Haha! Kusagakure had a festival first. mrgreen Great times! I got a plushie, Sumire gotta gold fish, Aski performed on stage, Shinichi ran off in embarrassment. Koro got drunk. And many other things!
