"Khalid, me and you and Ryou should--" Vadin began, but Khalid cut him off quickly, before anything too offensive could be said.
"Just get to the point. You said that there was one, right?" Khalid snarled, his arms crossed over his chest. Vadin rolled his eyes and got up to his feet, patting Ryou on the head. "Not here. Come on." Khalid strode out of the room, with Vadin skipping behind him.
"...who is that?" Rei asked, looking part confused, part surprised, and part terrified. "What did he mean about being in hell? How does he know you?"

Kira was quiet for a moment thinking "Thats....Khalids old friend,vadin,He's just an annoying insane evil not very nice man.Dont listen to a word that comes out of his mouth"

"Khalid's old, old, old friend." Atem grumbled from the couch. Yugi swatted at his arm.
"She's right." Ryou said, slowly relaxing. He had forgotten about Vadin, and his sudden reappearance was shocking. "We had thought he was in an asylum. He must've escaped." Rei looked like she was unsure as to whether or not he was kidding.
"Khalid, you remember how I died?" Vadin practically whined. "That hot Egyptian Bakura and his wife killed me. But then they got to go away free and returned to their home. That wasn't fair at all! So I kept track of them, and tried to get my revenge. I sent a little minion of mine, Mariku, there, and he manegd to kill them both at one point and kidnap their child and all that. Only they keep coming back!"
They had gone to the kitchen and he was sitting on the counter, paying no attention to the mess. "I think those bastards of gods are behind it. I need to pull Bakura and his wife out of Egypt so that the gods can't keep an eye on them. Only I can't do it on my own. I don't necessarily need you to haul them here, but just to the future. Just to a place I can make their lives miserable and not have to worry about those animal-headed freaks of deities bring them back to life. Can you do it?"

"Ryou." Khalid abruptly appeared in the doorway of the kitchen. Vadin was behind him, looking excited. Having gotten his husband's attention, Khalid went over to him and bent a little to speak in a softer voice. "I have to go now. I'm not sure how long; time changes can be tricky. It'll probably take a while, though."
Ryou grabbed onto Khalid sleeve, when he would have stood up. "What? Why? Where are you going?" He asked, sounding a little panicked. "You can't leave, Khalid, what if--"
"Vadin will stay here until I'm back." Khalid responded quickly. "And I have to go back to Ancient Egypt and deal with a few problems." He pried Ryou's hands off of his shirt and stood up straight. "I'll be back sooner or later." Ryou looked absolutely terrified at the thought of having Vadin watch over him. Vadin looked rather pleased.

Kira dident like the thought of valdin staying here. "I'll be staying here too ryou" She told him. She oviously dident trust vadin

"Oh?" Vadin looked over at Kira with interest. He sat next to Ryou, resting his head against Ryou's shoulder. "Is Luci going to let you?" He grinned. "I still can't believe you got him. You're quite an interesting one, Kira."
Khalid ran a hand through Ryou's hair, completely ignoring Vadin and his close proximity to Ryou. "Things will be fine. Goodbye." He said, before heading out the front door. As soon as he was outside and had the door closed behind him, he was gone.

"Well he let me come here..." Kira said. She got up, Tok ryou by the hand and pulled ryou so he was sitting beside him.
Ember poked vadin roughly "your lucky I don't belive in being violent infront of children"

Vadin looked over at Rei, and seemed to only notice her for the first time. "One..." He said, pointing at the girl. Then he gestured towards Ember's middle. "...and a half children. It hardly seems to count as plural."

"Right. Not to mention the fact of this lovely little child." Vadin suddenly turned to Rei, making her jump in surprise at the sudden action. He gave her a toothy grin. "I hate children, you know that? Annoying little shits... that's all you are. Isn't it funny how much you look like Kira? You've got Bakura's eyes, though. Isn't that nice? Having the eyes of a rapist slash murderer slash villian?"
"Stop!" Ryou snapped, bolting away from Kira and grabbing Vadin by the arm. "Don't you dare speak to her like that. She... those are things that shouldn't be brought up."

Ember growled in annoyance "Thats it!" She said. Standing up she scooped up vadin brodal style "Please exsuse me while I take out the trash" she said heading outside. Once outside she wedged vadin so tight into the trash can that he wouldent be able to get out on his own. She slamed the lid and came back inside.

Nobody seemed to mind Ember's treatment of the problem, but Rei's brain seemed to have become a little frazzled. Ryou had bit down on the inside of his lip so hard it had begun bleeding, and couldn't think of what to say. "You should call the police." Rei said seriously. "That guy really is crazy. Those were all lies, right?"
