Thard_Verad She. There are no male Kangaskhan. wink Vileplume's got great Special Attack, so if you get off Giga Drain, you're in business. Linoone was a valuable party member in Hoenn. Surf and Strength for both battle and travel, Covet for free stuff, and Odor Sleuth to screw up ghosts. I had a male Kangaskhan before. I could never find a female.

Now that I took the time to really looks at my second favorite on Serebii, it does state that the gender ration is 0% male and 100% Female...

Wild Magnemite have a rare chance of holding one. I think the Tinted Lens ability raises the likelihood of wild pokemon with held items appearing. Frisk will check for items.

Oh, correction: It's Compound Eyes that raises the chance of wild pokemon with held items. Not Tinted Lens.
