You are not 'turned' into anything. You're simply in a state of interdimensional flux.
Think of it this way. Your constant travels between dimensions have disturbed your dimensional balance. It's created something of a vacuum around you. Nature abhors a vacuum, and various things are being called in to fill it, physically.
Your psyche is here, but your body is trading places with...various items.
No doubt this is disorienting to you.

I'm going to send this form back to it's home dimension. You'll feel a strong 'sucking' sensation, and then one of two things will happen. Ideally, your true form should kick into place. Unless you've been particulariy disruptive to the Dimensional Continuum, and the universe decides to stick some other proxy in it's place...
