I have been given a lot in the past years.
I got a Carrot from Diglidi last year.
And Orphie gave me a bubble.
That's all I can remember. :/
(I got a few things in 05 and 06 but I can't remember)

Despite the fact that I never ask for help on quests (besides the one time with the Veil), I seem to get a fair amount of random items sent to me. My Emo Glasses were a gift when I first started on Gaia, actually.
