Kaosu began screaming, mostly like some doomed man who had seconds to live. "WHAT THE HELL?!" As he continued to scream, he returned to flailing as if his life depended on it.
It didn't, seeing as how it wouldn't help at all. "What's wrong, Kaosu, afraid?" The tiger asked, as calm as if nothing was the matter. "Something like this takes a little..."
Kaosu continued screaming, though he got the jist of what the animal was saying. Slowly, he tried calming himself. Seeing the ground so close wasn't help either. Okay...courage...calm down. It's not that bad...it's not that bad...
He looked down, and closed his eyes. Not that bad...not that bad...NOT THAT BAD! He interposed thoughts of when he won, the feeling of victory, that he was invincible. He looked down at the ground once more, the fear dulled only slightly. Then, he remembered how he felt when he was assured that he would be saved. No fear.
He closed his eyes, and all the wind stopped. Slowly he opened his eyes, and his nose was about an inch away from the ground. His body shook, and he rolled off of his neck onto the ground. Holy CRAP!

Tsai dodged the blade of Hitomi's zampakuto but not enough, he was soon right infront of a red blast of reiatsu as he was hit with a huge explosion.

Kaosu splayed himself on the ground, his heart beating hard, but not quite as hard as it would normally. After a while, he felt a paw on his chest. He opened his eyes, and the animal's jaw was right next to his face.
He jerked, and ran his cheek against one of the long teeth the animal had. He pulled back and shook his head. "You still lack enough courage." It growled, licking the blood from his maw. "Let's try something different, shall we?"
Slowly darkness enveloped his vision, and he was in a corridor that was lit at the end by a lantern. "Find the end." The tiger's voice boomed, before fading away. Kaosu sighed, walking forward slowly, carefully. This is so not my day.

Each step Kaosu took echoed down the narrow halls, adding to the annoyance of the fact he couldn't see anything. But it was because of this he could hear so much better.
And it was because of this increase in acute hearing, that he could hear more footfalls. He stood still, expecting them to stop as well, but they kept coming.
And then, without delay, a slow and ragged panting reached his ears. His whole body perked up, and he began running in the other way. But no matter how hard he was running, the noise just seemed to be right next to him, all around him.

Tsai got up from the blast his zampakuto was still in it's initial release form. He could still stand and fight but he knew it would be a gamble. He would lose and be too seriously injured if he continued. He wanted to be stronger, and getting injured would only slow him down. "To defeat Chimitsu...to defend all of Soul Society...I know what I should do!"
"I surrender," Tsai turns into a chibi version of himself and waves a white flag.

Kaosu drew in short breaths, running hard and slamming into walls. His hair was matted with sweat, as he just kept pounding into hard resistance and running another way. But it seemed as he kept running, nothing was changing.
Finally, after the longest time, he saw a light ahead. Emboldened, he ran harder forwards. Finally turning the final corner, he came across a torch. It was the same torch he saw when he started.
But, this time, sprawled along the wall in blood was the word "fear". Kaosu frowned, the sounds growing louder. He took off in the same direction again, his feet pounding loud against the hard floor. Got to find a way out...

Hitomi froze for a second, before releasing the unsealed form of her zanpakuto, and tucking it back into its sheath. She shook her head then, nodding at Nagi sensei, before calling across the distance.
"Tsai won. Mind if I take him off your hands, Nagi-sensei?" her voice no nonsense, as she stared between Nagi, and Tsai.

Kaosu panted, leaning against a wall somewhere in the darkness, the noise only increasing. Finally he looked to his left, where he came from, and he heard a flash of motion, accompanied by a growl.
Considering how long this way was, he considered it was probably a good half-mile away. He stood, facing where the thing was, and waited.
The noise only kept getting louder, he could even hear the clacking of the nails on the ground as it ran. He could only imagine it was rabid, hungry, and evil.

Nagi didn't really mind Hitomi taking one of his students although he was one of the strongest on the whole hill. It also took things off his mind, the Lin Clan and all. Now he was left with a bunch of newbies and a few who were experienced. "Go ahead," he waved off to her as he continued to read.
Tsai was confused as he looked at Hitomi. Was he going to leave for training? He had no idea.

With a 'c***k', Akira's blade hammers into the stick, pushing against Rikatsu. Having expected that this time, Rikatsu tilts his hand sending the blade sliding up over his head. Again he turns inside his opponents reach, right stick slapping towards his head, the left flying for the underside of his sword holding wrist, the back of his head only inches from his opponent's face. (hey that;s not fair....well its not his fault short people can move better i think...sorry i just now posted was at my girlfriends house all day) "Such careless Fighting Rikatsu, whats with this" Akira spoke as he let his sword fall behind his head and crunch into the earth. Hitomi gestured at Tsai after nodding at Nagi, before heading toward the long staircase that led down Sokyoku hill. She was taking him off the hill. And it was for training. First, they both needed a little rest, something that would help them get some relaxation before she started trying to help him with his Shikai. While she may not be as 'advanced' as some of the other teachers, it would work quite well for Tsai to train with her.
With them both being on the same level, he might not feel like he was constantly being beaten. She can only hope. That, and with Lei Gong being so similar to her own weapon, in terms of fighting style -- she felt she had a few tricks she could lend to Tsai.

Easily predicting his opponents moves, Rikatsu moves his entire body clockwise to the right, Akira's foot flying right past his left ear. The sword almost seems as though it's going to strike Rikatsu in the knee. However, Rikatsu's left foot almost seems to blur into invisiblilty as he moves it onto the flat of the blade. He uses the force of Akira's swing to launch in to an incredibly rapid spiral. As the speed of the attack forces his foot into the air, he spins on his right toes, windmilling his weapons out at Akira's exposed legs before bringing his foot back down, his back to Akira's once more.

Dodge: 16 + 16 = [32] MISSDrawing quickly back his arm, he avoided the two blades. So. Falling down. He hit the ground with a light thump, using his feat to reduce the damage of the fall. As he landed on the dirty ground. He looked up at his friends eyes. Before making his move.Attack: 4 + 11 = [15]Moving his right hand to the hilt as well. He bend his elbows and launched his blades towards his opponent gut. If it happend to hit, it would leave a big wound that would drain most of Shunketsu's blood. ((edited...since I now have clarification of what the attack looks like...)) Dodge: Auto It wasn't very smart to let Shunketsu get the high ground. Being so low doesn't allow very much room for Shin to move around. Catching Shin's blade with the left half-sai, Shunketsu slashed downward with his right-handed one, aimed for Shin's wrists. Afterwards, Shunketsu released the blade from the left half-sai, spun around a bit, kneeled a bit, and stabbed downward, going for the back of a thigh... Attack: +6(12)/+4(24)

Tsai Lin Nagi looks at Hikari confused. "Can I help you?" he asked. He wasn't paying attention to her when she said her last phrase. There was a stare-off, Nagi didn't blink but continued to stare at Hikari. "???"
As she falls into a meditative state, she begins to feel her reiatsu pulsate. She carefully controls her breathing and begins recalling the pattern in her spikes and wanes. She wants to get used to the pattern again, so she decides to just watch and listen to it this time. She feels the increases and decreases. She listens to the roaring in the background. She's beginning to get used to it all. She'd never actually sat and listened to how her body flows. It's quite the experience. As she listens, Hikari runs through a few calculations on timing, pull, strength, and everything she can. She's coming to realize just how much the mind plays in keeping a check on her physical and reiatsu state. If things aren't kept right, she strains herself right out of control.
