And Hiru actually pulled it off pretty well on this second try. There was something that looked pretty much like him standing right next to him. Problem was, Hiru's constructs so far had no color or texture. They were only shapes made of white chakra. He had to do this next, and get it moving, but first thing, color and texture. This was going to be something pretty hard.

Hiru was pretty proud of himself, next to him had appeared a splendid copy of himself. It was so similar to him he was convinced no one could make the difference. He barely could! Only problem was it sort of moved funny. It wasn't stable and at the first step it took, everyone would know it is only a copy. As he was nearing the end of his task, his next challenge would be to make it move and act the same way he did.

Oh how he messed up that time. The part all the way up to creating the clone went fine. But, before it could even take one step, the clone froze over into a completely immobile statue of Hiru.
"That didn't go so well...", Hiru whispered.
Okay, Hiru knew he had to focus more on the seal first, afterwards have, he had to keep the chakra fluid so it would be able to move normally. Second try came right up.

Hiru's clone appeared and surprised even him. He walked like him, ran like him, moved like him, heck, it even talked like him! That was pretty cool! Only step left now was to synthsize everything he had worked on here and create a full blown bunshin that would be combat worthy. Making one was no use if he couldn't make them fast enough or surely enough.
Hiru got into position.
"BUNSHIN NO JUTSU!"

If the other steps weren't easy, this one promised to be the hardest one of all. Hiru finished his seal and. next to him, appeared a strange humanoid fish like thing that was kinda dressed like him. He released the jutsu immediately and decided to give it another shot. Everything had gone pretty smoothly so far, he wanted to seal it up nice and tight.
"Bunshin no jutsu!"

A perfect copy of Hiru appeared right next to him. They looked at each other for a second. Stood up a bit straighter. Stared a bit longer. They both started doing the monkey dance symmetrically. Stopped. And then they turned to sensei and yelled in stereo:
"CASSIE-SENSEI, I THINK I'VE GOT!"
The two Hirus immediately started chasing each other, running around Cassie-sensei overwhelmed with exictement.

Kiketsu had just decided to part of the audience and watch as he tried to mold his chakra. The fish scaled boy seemed to be going now where at first. After minutes though he finally getting a hang of the procedure. He began making the so called 'art' out of his chakra and then finally created a life like replica of himself. It may have been a perfect moment.
It would have in Kiketsu's mind if the shark child had not began to jump around and literally chase himself around the classroom. "What a loon..." the serpent boy thought as one caught the other. Chakra wasn't for making little boats or fish or whatever artistic desire the brain had in mind. Chakra was needed for only one thing. Jutsu. Kiketsu kept that in mind while trying to mold his chakra.

Concentration was the key. He had to drown out the shark boy's exuberant behavior. Drown the teacher's acknowledgment of him creating the clone. Suffocate the rest of the students from his mind. There had to be stillness. Clarity. All analytic functions had stopped in Kiketsu's brain to allow for this calm. He could hear nothing else, but his heartbeat. The small little thumps in his chest. It is there where the spark began.

It started off with a heartbeat, but Kiketsu soon began to hear the beating within his body as something else. It was like a drop of water. Slowly dripping constantly. He had to keep it under control though. It kept making a little 'pip' sound in the boy's usual unimaginative mind. His ears could hear it. The sound was soft, but clearly audible. Perhaps it was his chakra. The boy closed his eyes so he could fully listen to the beat. The steady rhythm continued and Kiketsu continued to listen.
Within his mind Kiketsu could hear his chakra.

The boy could hear his internal flow of energy. Yet it would seem before he could truly mold his chakra that his body would have to know it inside out. So hearing would not be enough. Now the pale nose of the child was beginning to pick up a faint smell. It smelt of different things. The air around him seemed to be holding different whiffs. Yet at the same time they all were emanating from his form.
The best smell he could receive to his nostrils were the smell of orchids. It started of small and disclosed within the other scents, but soon began to make itself known more and more. In this one exercise, Kiketsu was beginning to discover more about himself.

Hearing and smelling didn't seem to be a problem. The other senses maybe a problem though. Taste especially. He could get a small semblance of the feeling on his tongue, but it wasn't recognizable enough for the child to be able to identify it. Kiketsu's mind needed to concentrate more.
He inhaled a small amount of air and again tried to acquire the odor.

His tongue swished back and forth in his jaw. The pink muscle could feel the different tastes upon it. It was like an amalgamation of different tastes blanketing all at once. It was hard to decipher exactly what taste was calling him. Still Kiketsu kept his concentration. He needed to get mold his chakra. Just like Midoru used to do. Just how did she used to do it? Was this weird of the senses the exact feelings she went through? Application of the mind was the only way to defeat this task. Kiketu's had to keep enduring if he ever wanted to catch up to the fish faced boy and his accursed sibling.

Minutes and second passed and the tastes were getting stronger. Each taste were like whips cracking against the boy's tongue. One specific one growing stronger and stronger. Yes! He was beginning to recognize this strong feeling upon his tongue. It was sharp like a dagger, but not unpleasant. Just not for everyone. It was bitter, like unsweetened chocolate. Yes that was the taste. Kiketsu's chakra was bitter tasting. Perhaps it was the reflection of a bitter heart...
Kiketsu didn't ponder this though. He understood the next the step in molding. That was all he cared about.

Hiru did not waste any time, as soon as he was done he made his clone stay in the class room for the breifing and ran off to the river. He felt charged up to continue this training. Somehow, his muscles told him they hadn't taken enough punishment from his first time in the water and were ready to give it another go! He powered through the current that seemed even stronger than a few minutes ago.
