"I was given mokutan style to take him down...last time I fought him I barely escaped." Bara said as he got up

"You know I let you escape....this time when I kill you, I'll assimilate that arm so I can be the supreme Mokutan style master..." The forest whispered again as every seed in every tree in the area fell on and into the ground while huge, thorny stone brambles barraged the tunnel. Black grass began to grow everywhere. "Guys, fire doesnt affect his nature jutsu as easily....its like nature's darkfire" Bara said making handsigns.

"From what I know, fire could hurt him if we actually hit him with it or his normal nature jutsu, not so much black nature jutsu. Ice might do something to his jutsu, your earth jutsu could defend against his, darkfire should have an interesting reaction and as for my jutsu-" Bara said before getting cut off by black brambles shot at him.

*sighes* "Guess I have break out the rest of my jutsu arsenal" Bara said as 6in long thorns shot out his cloaked arm. He then took off the holey cloak to reveal a humanoid branch-arm as his eyes glowed bright green and tips of his hair turned green, green chakra enveloped him and the grass around him became green again. "Sorry you guys have to see this..." Bara said regretfully as his torso and right half of his face was covered by petrified bark (earth release: petrified armor jutsu)after he put his hands on his chest. "He and I draw most of our chakra from nature so we have a huge supply so if you even think you see something move, hit it." Bara said seriously going through more handsigns as the trees started blackening and more stone brambles shot out of the ground and broke the stone shield, then they crumbled.

"Bara... You said that ice might hurt him?" Kasumi asked, water already swirling around above her opened palms, as it formed ice needles in the mini vortex.

"You can't possibly give them hope Bara, you weren't fast enough to even see me last time." The voice echoed. "That is until I appeared before you to try to finish you off."

"I'm not running away this time,there's a difference from last time and this time" Bara said as he made a handsign with his right arm. "I can catch you this time." Bara said as he vanished (Forest Step Jutsu)(like flash step, but twice as fast and if in the forest the user becomes nearly invisible)

"How did you-" Zetsu was cut off as he took a punch to his gut by Bara's right arm (natures right hook jutsu). Zetsu was hit through the tree and into the one behind it, then he vanished again. As he disappeared, the seeds on the ground grew into wood clones of himself (which can also regenerate) and they all used birth of dense woodland(1st hokage jutsu) and to completely cover the field with twisting tree trunks. The trees started shooting spikes out of them in every direction.

"Look out guys!, Kasumi can you freeze the water in some of the trees? Claw, help her cut the trees and clones down! Bara said as the clones started making handsigns while darting at Claw and Kasumi, Bara made more handsigns before disappearing again.

"Try burning the trees down, which ever one doesnt get affected should be the one he's hiding in since he puts a chakra barrier around which ever one he's in. That is if he hasn't fixed that flaw yet..." Bara whispered as he appeared back to back against Zero, then vanished.

Giant thorns and black brambles shot out from every branch above and near Zero as stone vines constricted Zero's legs. "Ah yes, a darkfire brat. Your clan members had such a distinguished taste to them...Powerful indeed also....I thought they were extinct though." A clone under the branch Zero was on said.

Bara landed on a tree branch near the bottom of the twisted mess of trees and put his ear(while channeling green chakra to it) to the branch and closed his eyes.

"Looking for someone?" a voice behind Bara's head asked as the branch wrapped around Bara.

"Yeah, a rotten cabbage patch freak. half-albino, half-monster, you seen him?" Bara said with a grin as he disappeared from the branches grip and appeared behind him and used vine entanglement jutsu to slam him into the ground. "Doesn't feel to good does it?!" Bara yelled going through more handsigns. (summoning jutsu: bramble blades) Bara pulled twin swords out of the branch behind him that looked like huge bramble leaves.
