"I honestly have no idea if you did or not. For all I know, you could have put that sleep drug in it so you could grope my unconscious form." He brought the mug back down. "Point is, that stuff doesn't work on me. It just burns out of my body. Somethin to do with the Mist, I guess."

"Not much else to drug me up with, I'd think." He said with a shrug, suitably enjoying the moment. . and the tea. "It does. We've got some fancy police tech that works around it, like the blue thing when I got shot earlier, but if none's at hand it makes thing difficult."

Ruby mumbled something about feathers in her sleep, before slightly adjusting her head on the pillow.
"Oh indeed there is." Sahira's gold eyes glinted with slight amusement. "I'm surprised you haven't accidentally burned anything off with those powers of yours, could be troublesome."

"If it worked on me, I'd be long dead. It doesn't. I don't know anything else it does for me, other'n the poison thing and the decay. Even got it down my throat once, that was interesting when I burped it up a few hours later."
