Dimi Deiod Qyp Well... I would actually make the techniques, and put them in the approvals. Except there is enough of my crap there... so, he can just do none jutsu related stuff for now... If I do get to use him more often, I will make a better history. Anyways, Proto would probably just reject anything I make... Man... I guess a guy at a very high level, who experiments on corpses and uses fuuin to extend his life and replacing organs, etc... would be taken as a threat. o _o Except, he is actually gentle as a lamb, and hasn't talked to another soul in 100 years, I think he would be a little shy. Hur hur hur. Yeah, he went a little crazy though, talking to the corpses... But, he isn't "I KILL YOU ALL" crazy...

No to level 75. I'm sorry. This is final.
What's the point of power if you won't use it? And what's the point of making it if you won't use it? Later on, sure, maybe a hunter nin level. But not 75..

My necro-nin doesn't care for leadership, world domination, etc etc...
@Kouri, well, necro-nin could use his power for medical reasons... considering he knows the human body so so so so so well... He wouldn't kill people if they can be saved, and with him around, he probably could save a lot of people...

I was just making the comparison of a Lvl 75 character to Tobi who basically a god in the naruto series thus far. I'm sure a lvl 75 could conquer the Naruto d20 world if he wanted to... Ok thank Kouri I got a little worried you made posts but none of them where of out battle lol until now that is. One question on the grapple and punch can I avoid it since you're holding me?

Kay... @Naoto... but he doesn't want too XD That's the thing, he is onyl that powerful because he has been making his chakra HUGE so he can use his version of this basically any time he wants... Of course, his version takes up more chakra... A lot more. Most of his techniques need a lot of chakra, he would probably loose to a kage if he used his most powerful techniques... because he his str/dex/tai and all that is very low, like, level 30 low...

One question on the grapple and punch can I avoid it since you're holding me? You can either try to wriggle out of the grapple {Escape Artist} or try to block the attack. Since I wasn't grappling your limbs.. Anyway I gotta go now. DImi's in charge of Andou for 1-2 days wink _
