Just wondering, it seems I have been promoted to Jounin (Unless for some reason what I read was wrong) and wondering if it was possible to become Kage of Hidden Slumber.
But then, I am wondering based on what Hurdy said, that he wants to be Nightmare Kage.
In turn, would it be possible to become the Kage of Dream, while Hurdy is the Kage of Nightmare.
Pretty much, are the mods allowing two Kages in Hidden Slumber sweatdrop .

I noticed all the changes in the moon village. Does that mean the Orimara branch family techniques are fair game for the main family?
also
Oto Soujuu Karui (Sound Control Minor) - 800 Skill Points - A normal person recieves a Special Item (Flute, Guitar, etc) and can somewhat control some sound.
what exactly is this technique used for i mean what is the point of it?

Water Prison Technique is a Clan Technique for the Momochi clan yet Kisame Hoshigaki is able to use this technique (In Shippuuden eps). Can the water prison technique be changed to a non-clan technique?

For example if you learn Sand Clones which is worth 800 skill points, you will have 800 chakra points. The more you learn techniques, the more chakra points you have.

okay skill points are basically how you get stronger. If you look around the guild you will see limits for each level but they really dont matter too much if you do well in the exams. Furthermore, they tell you how much you need to train get a technique. 1 post= 100 skill points. What I mean by one post is 5-9 full lines of writing. And that is basically a crash course.

i know this will sound a little dumb but i haven't been able to be active in the guild a whole lot because of school. so i kind of forget a lot of stuff that i once knew during the summer. i really don't really remember my way around or even what i clan i was once in. can someone please help me?

i wonder why alot of techniques are clan ones.
ex. all ice techniques anyone can learn them. except for Demonic Ice Mirrors that one is Haku's Caln technique
and the fire ones none are for Uchiha only anyone can learn them.

a lot of it is the mods discression mixed in a little bit with the t.v. show. I mean much of the hidden leaf fire style techniques were taught and within the the Uchiha clan, unless your the third hokage or Orrochimaru.

thats true but some other ppl do have fire techniques but not many.
