Lucien saw the soft hand pressed on the glass, but he could not bring himself to open his eyes further and see that lovely face. His eyes then dropped to see his completely smoothe, scarless hand. His eyes widened ever so slightly and he whispered a "Merci Boucou, maître..." which barely managed to escape his lips. Now, as his body shook relentlessly, all he wanted was to be held. He wanted to be held and he wanted to sleep.

Lucien was comforted by his master's strong hold on him, but his body continued to shake and tremble because of his recent trauma. His breath was heavy and came in slight gasps against his master's neck as he stared at that lovely skin of his master's with half-lidded eyes. He once again whispered his thanks as his naked body continued to tremble violently.

Lucien shook and shivered. He dimly acknowledged the fact that he was resting on something soft and that there was something thin over him. He whispered, "Maître...don't....go..." Lucien wasn't the type to mind being alone, but when he was in serious pain like this he wanted to make sure someone, anyone, was close by. Lucien tried to look up at the scientist, but his eyes protested. After a few more tries, he gave up and slowly his crimson eyes closed as he lost consciousness.

((ahh! I'm back eek !! my computer's being slow and won't let me quote..so whatever lol))
Mik blushed when Daemon hugged him, and remained there for a while before returning the gesture with a small smile. He cuddled close to him like a puppy would, and he whimpered happily. When he was tucked in by Kaeru, he remained close to Daemon and closed his eyes, before falling asleep.
Murdoch looked up when he noticed Kaeru leave his room and approach a new experiment, well he was new to him. Murdoch noticed that there were many new experiments now, he really had been locked up in that basement for a long time. He watched aas they spoke then left the room together, He's gone... He placed a hand on the wall and pulled himself up, taking a moment to balance himself.
Murdoch looked around the room to see if anyone noticed him, and walked towards Kaeru's room. He arrived at the door and placed a hand on the handle, and turned it softly, It's unlocked..lucky me. He opened the door softly and looked at Daemon and Mik sleeping. His expression softened and it seemed a bit sad. He slowly walked over to the edge of the bed and leaned down to place a small kiss on Daemon's forehead. "I'm sorry...I shouldn't have been so hard on you. I'm just old, and can't control the things I say. I don't hate you, kid...that's all I wanted to say...Bye," he ran a hand through Daemon's light hair, then turned heading towards the door, glancing back before gripping the handle.

[ok because gaia was being mean earlier, here's all of the posts that Mayel and i made on AIM.]
Daemon's eyes flickered open as he felt the hand running throug his silken hair. He had heard the words Murdoch had whispered to him and another deep pain entered his heart. He sat up when he heard the rattle of the door handle. "..Murdoch..." he said quietly, staring up at his first friend. "Please...tell me what I've done...This...this is all for you...you know that, right? It's...for us..." he whispered, then looked down.
Murdoch looked back to see Daemon awake, s**t..I shouldn't have come.. He sighed and let go of the door handle and walked up to Daemon. "You havn't done anything, kid. It's me...don't put yourself down," he placed a hand on the snake demon's head and managed to smile softly, "I'm sorry about earlier, but it's better you stay here...forget leaving, you're safer with this scientist..alright?" Murdoch sighed again and leaned down next to the bed, so he wasn't as tall and could be closer to Daemon.
Daemon hesitated, and then hugged Murdoch close around the chest, hiding his face in his friend's neck. "Murdoch...I won't forget. We'll leave here together. We will. We'll leave this awful place...I told you, this is for you and me...for you....for us..." Daemon looked up at Murdoch, silvery tears in his pale eyes. "What....what made you say those things to me, Murdoch...?" He whispered, staring down. He spoke quietly and tried not to stir so much since he had only managed to sit up enough to disentangle himself from Mik. However, Mik's arms only fell across his lap, causing Daemon to blush slightly. Then, he suddenly realized that he was completely naked in front of Murdoch. His face blushed a deep crimson and he immediately pulled a blanket over his lap and Mik's hands.
Murdoch didn't say anything for a while, debating whether or not he should say something. "I just got upset is all, kid. I'm sorry...I just don't want people using you, like this. And when I found out what he did I just couldn't control myself. Do you know what love is, kid? It's when two people share emotions and care for each other...this man doesn't love you. He says he loves you, then throws you out when he finds something better...I know what it's like to be hurt like that, it happened to me. I don't want it to happen to you, it hurts too much...and I want to protect you from that pain." Murdoch put his arms around Daemon and held him close, he didn't want to let go. He knew he'd have to leave though..for his own good, but he didn't want to leave Daemon here, not with this scientist. All he could do was hold the small snake demon close to him.
"Yes..." Daemon replied softly. "I know what love is...Murdoch...and...I know that he'll grow tired of me...I know he will....but...hopefully...by that time...we'll both be independent...." Daemon hesitated, then looked up at the creature that he felt so strongly towards. "Murdoch...so much has happened...I even found out that I'm not human....I never was....I'm a rare Serpant Demon....Murdoch...I need what Kaeru has...I need his care....and you do too...we'll find a way to get away eventually...but...for now..." Daemon tried hard to convince himself that these were his true feelings...but deep in his heart, he knew he was beginning to love Kaeru as well. Daemon buried his head into Murdoch's chest. "We'll both die without his care..."
Murdoch felt hot tears form in his eyes, "You don't deserve any of this pain, kid. I do, but not someone as kind and young as you. I know you have to stay with that man, if you died then I wouldn't have any reason to live anymore. You showed me kindness when I was a disfigured creature...that's the nicest thing anyone's done for me...and I swear if I have to die to keep you alive I will. I'm old now, kid, so it's alright if I go but you still have to keep going. Promise me, that if anything happens to me, you'll go on for the both of us..alright?" He felt a small tear roll down one of his cheeks, and he placed a hand over his mouth to cough. His chest hurt more than normal, probably from all the emotions he was feeling. He hadn't shown this much emotion since he had arrived at the lab twenty years ago, and the impact on him was rough. He looked down at his hand to find some of the thick black liquid on the palm, and he wiped it away on his pants looking back at Daemon with a forced smile.
Daemon looked up, shocked at these words. He pondered what Murdoch had told him and then looked away. "I...promise that if anything happens to you, I'll go on for the both of us...but...Murdoch...don't die for me...Life would be better if there were the both of us living in freedom rather than just one, right?" Then Murdoch coughed up black blood into his hand. Daemon looked up at Murdoch with a slight bit of concern in his eyes - it was slightly shocking to Murdoch at how much emotion Daemon was letting through. Kaeru had broken him open for all the world to see. "Murdoch, are you alright? Do you need me to get Kaeru...?" He asked, a little bit of worry in his voice. He reached up with his cool, soft, silky hand and brushed away the tear he found there, his pale eyes fixated upon those of his first friend. "Do you need anything?" he asked, holding his first friend protectively and comfortingly.
"No, I'm alright. This is normal for me...remember I'm an old experiment." He grinned as he noticed Daemon's concern, "Don't worry about me, kid. I'll be ok." He leaned down and placed a small kiss on Daemon's cheek to reassure him, then smiled softly keeping his dark eyes on the snake demon's. He wrapped his arms around the boy, something compelling him to do it. "I love you, kid. You know that? If you ever need someone to comfort you or just someone to be with, I'll be there, I promise."
Daemon blushed at the kiss and his blush deepened when those dark eyes locked with his own pale ones. He then felt his arms wrap around him and he felt beautiful, cool tears filling his eyes before they began to spill over. As he heard Murdoch's confession, he began to cry softly, looking down, ashamed at how much emotion he was showing. "Thank you...Murdoch....I...I love you, too...." he whispered, clutching onto Murdoch. Eventually, however, he looked back up at him. "Murdoch...you should get back to your - I mean Mik's room...and rest..." Daemon nodded, exhaustion showing in his own eyes. "I'd...ask you to stay here, but...Kaeru...he wouldn't be happy..."
"There's nothing he can do, that I havn't been through already, kid." He managed a small smile as he placed a hand on Daemon's head and rand his fingers through the smooth hair. "If you're tired I can leave, you shouldn't be embarassed to tell the truth. This is Murdoch you're talking to, kid, you can tell me anything you like." He placed his lips against Daemon's and kissed him softly.
Daemon blushed at the kiss and felt his stomach leap before he began to clutch at Murdoch's shirt, trembling slightly with want - something Mik's hands, currently in his lap, would be able to testify to. Eventually, however, he pulled back, breathing heavilly. "Murdoch, you may not mind, but I can't stand to see others hurt you...or say things that you don't deserve...it hurts me more than you'll ever know...Murdoch...I don't want you to go..but...you have to...just for a little while...I'll come and visit you soon, ok?" Daemon blushed, feeling himself wanting more of Murdoch's kisses and knowing Mik could definitely tell now.
Murdoch raised an eyebrow as he looked down making a sly grin appear on his face as he looked back up. "Alright, kid. If that's what you really want. I honestly wouldn't mind staying a bit longer. I'd be better company than that sleeping puppy there." He smiled as he looked down at Mik then back at Daemon who he kept his arms wrapped around. He kissed the boy's forehead softly, "Do you like it when I kiss you, kid? My wife told me I was bad kisser when we were still married...what do you think?" He chuckled a bit and kept his gaze on Daemon.
Daemon blushed a bright red but answered, unable to tear his eyes away from those dark orbs. "Y-yes...I like it when you kiss me...Murdoch..." he whispered his answer, his face a bright crimson. "Y...You're a good kisser..." he said, dropping his gaze. He wanted more kisses, he wanted more and more...He blushed at his thought and was glad he had dropped his gaze to hide his lust. "I...I like it when you kiss me..." he repeated, wanting to feel more, still clutching his first friend's shirt.

Murdoch smiled as he looked down at Daemon, "Hey...you don't have to look away," he placed a hand under Daemon's chin and lifted his head so their eyes met. He smiled and placed another kiss on the boy's lips, keeping his arms wrapped around the boy loosely. He looked down at Mik and took the pup's arm carefully off of Daemon, and looked back up at the snake demon with his dark eyes.

Daemon blushed and felt a tingle as he was once again kissed and as Mik's arms were taken off of his lap, leaving him completely vulnerable to the man. He then saw the stare of want and lust in the man's dark eyes and he felt himself shiver. He, too, was beginning to want this. He looked up into those eyes and knew they didn't have time for this...but still...."Murdoch...what if....what if Kaeru comes back in...?"

"It's alright, I'll make sure you don't take any of the beating. Don't worry about me, alright? Besides we aren't going to do anything wrong.." He smiled softly down at Daemon, kissing his forehead softly. "You worry too much, just relax, kid." He put a hand on the boy's cheek and kept his reassuring smile.

Daemon listened to his words and then dropped his eyes. "But I don't want you to be beaten...Murdoch..." Then at his statement that he worried too much and his command to relax, Daemon physically relaxed his body, staring up at Murdoch, wondering what the man had in mind. He blushed, realizing that what he was feeling now was extremely obvious.

"It doesn't matter if I do, I've been through lot's worse trust me." He smiled again reassuringly laying a small kiss on Daemon'ss cheek, "We won't do anything wrong. I just want to be with you, is that alright?"

Daemon nodded, staring up at Murdoch with those pale eyes. He wasn't sure what Murdoch meant by 'wrong', but he trusted him. He leaned forward and hugged the creature once again. He, too, just wanted to be with him.

Murdoch smiled kissing Daemon again softly, "Alright I'll go..see ya, kid." He got up and placed a hand on Daemon's head ruffling his hair, then turned heading back to the door.
