3. 1991 Cowboys This class is distinguished because of its late-round picks. Coach Jimmy Johnson landed defensive tackle Leon Lett {78} in 7th round n' defensive back n' future Super Bowl MVP Larry Brown in 12th round. Dallas also got Pro Bowl OT Erik Williams in 3rd round, n' DT Russell Maryland n' WR Alvin Harper in 1st round.

2. 1986 49ers Niners didn't make its 1st pick until No. 39 overall, when they grabbed DE Larry Roberts. They then landed FB Tom Rathman, DB Tim McKyer, WR John Taylor, DE Charles Haley, OT Steve Wallace, DT Kevin Fagan n' DB Don Griffin. This group helped Niners cement their status as team of 1980s.

1. 1974 Steelers Steelers nabbed Hall of Fame WR Lynn Swann in 1st round, HOF LB Jack Lambert in 2nd, HOF WR John Stallworth in 3rd n' HOF C Mike Webster in 5th. No other team's single draft class has had more than 2 Hall of Famers. Here's my list....Comments n' complaints are welcome....Make sure that team is after 1970 when it's draft began....See ya down the road

Here are some of NBA's Greatest Playoff Upsets Denver Nuggets defeatin' Seattle Supersonics--1994 1st round Western Conference Though they barely finished over .500 (42-40), Nuggets, fueled by Dikembe Mutombo, defeated top-seeded Seattle in overtime of Game 5 to win series. It was 1st time in history that an 8th seed had defeated a No. 1. Seattle, led by Gary Payton n' Shawn Kemp, was plagued by Mutombo, whose 31 blocks set a record for a 5-game series.

New York Knickerbockers defeatin' Miami Heat--1999 1st round Eastern Conference This series will forever be remembered for 5-foot-9, 150-pound Jeff Van Gundy's clingin' helplessly to leg of Alonzo Mourning as Knicks' coach tried to prevent a fight, but it's also 1 of only 2 series in which a No. 8 defeated a No. 1 (though regular season was shortened to 50 games that season because of a league-imposed lockout). Knicks won 3 games in Miami, capped by a memorable Game 5 in which Allan Houston put up a runner in lane that bounced off backboard n' rim before fallin' in with 0.8 seconds left to give Knicks a 78-77 win.

Houston Rockets defeatin' Los Angeles Lakers--1981 1st round Western Conference Though this 1st-round series was only a best-of-3 affair, nobody gave Rockets much of a chance to defeat defendin' champion Lakers, who finished season with 14 more wins than Houston. But Moses Malone (No.24), Calvin Murphy n' Rudy Tomjanovich were able to contain Kareem Abdul-Jabbar n' 2nd-year star Magic Johnson as Rockets won decidin' Game 3 89-86. Houston continued its surprise run all way to NBA Finals before losin' to Larry Bird n' Boston Celtics.
