Deadly_Tiger I've always wanted to try D&D, but I am also kind of chicken to. Also I dunno who I would play with. I would have to meet new people.... I guess we both have to move to Ontario! What kind of jobs are there in NB? If you use this, you can find a store that hosts D&D Encounters close to you. Encounters are all low level campaign made to introduce people to the game. It would make you meet new people as well! I wouldn't be against a move to Ontario if I had more money ahead of me but right now I'm living pay to pay, making such a thing hard XD The jobs in New-Brunswick are mostly call center, fishing and wood cutting... pretty lame job market. Mind you, retail and such are always there too.

Deadly_Tiger Campaigns have levels? Yeah, I suppose that makes moving difficult. It's how they trap you and stop you from seeking better employment. Its a government conspiracy. I'm sure you can guess Alberta's. Oil and gas, farming and ranching mostly. Some lumber, but that's more B.C. Have you watched/read Harry Potter? I meant character levels ^^;; sorry, sometimes I'm not clear. Deadly_Tiger You don't always start at level one? I was talking to a friend about it and he pointed out that there are only three jobs in HP. Work for the ministry, be a teacher or be evil. Some people running home made campaign can start them at higher level biggrin And what about everyone working on the retail street with the bank and the wand seller? Or the bar where they get the beer that's not beer?

But I don't think you need to graduate from Hogwarts to do that... look at Fred and George.

After going to magical school like that, you are pretty limited in your choice of magical related work. And not starting at level 1 is mostly for experienced players wanting to do crazy things in an adventure smile
