The Freak was dreaming still on the sofa, of a princess locked away in a far off tower. Guarded by a vicious dragon, slaughtering the numerous knights who came for her rescue, the princess could do nothing else but watching the bloodbath, day and night. But it wasn't a nightmare, to her. Far from.
Her eyes began to flutter open, and her newfound ears, which she still hadn't noticed, were flickering lightly as the lady woke up. The veil was harder to see through than her usual masks, but she could distinguish a couple of familiar faces in the room, as she sat herself up. Most of her friends seemed to be sleeping, and she felt glad to see them at peace. And even though her body was aching, and unspeakable memories still were still roaming her mind, she hardly recall the last time she felt so happy.

The small bat was curled up on the free space at the edge of the couch it's little wings rested against it's back so they don't get snagged on anything. Half gumming on corner of the couch unknowing blissful despite what it was doing or the couch mate had woken up, it's ears shifted about listening to the room but it stayed pretty much out like a light for awhile.

The green man had been sitting in Batty's home all along, not really responding to anything. A mixture of deep thoughts and exhaustion had immobilized the poor guy. With the headphones still snuggly on his head, even though the music had long ago stopped, he suddenly blinked his eyes. Where was he, again? Oh yeah, the room that smelled of Batty and sweets... But where was his cute friend? Once again reminded of his sudden outburst, he was afraid he might've hurt the little creature. "B-b-b-bat...? You there...?", he stuttered, afraid there would be no answer.
(Sorry for disappearing guys, life got in the way again...)

Perking it's ears hearing a familiar voice or even more hearing it's name mostly. Yawns drool hanging off it's lip from gumming on the couch, wiping it's mouth and half sleepwalks over to it's cabinet door changing forms a moment to slip into the small doorway rubbing it's eyes as it picked up a strawberry to nom on to wake up with. Flicks it's ears seeing that Greenie was more awake than the last time it looked at him. Bounds up to him and hugs.

During the short while it took her to reach him, Orrin already began to assume the worst. But right as he started sniffling, there she was. He hugged her so tightly, one might've thought she would break. "Bat...", he mumbled, refusing to take his cold arms off her.

"Are chu feeling any better? Chu had a case of the scary, Batty was worried."
Not even bothered by the tightness of the hug or the fact of the coldness of the arms, Batty was just super happy all friends are okay even if they were ones it has never met or been introduced too yet.

Looking somewhat shocked to have the headphones removed, as he had already forgotten they were there, Orrin's head felt lighter. But as the sweetheart spoke, he looked down nonetheless. "S-s-sorry..." And this is where he finally realised that the bat wasn't a bat any longer. "W-what h-h-happened to you!?", he burst out, his cheek turning slightly pink, having hugged such a cute girl.

Blinks looking at him a little confused by his sudden outburst, twitching it's ears. It took a moment.. it was more the blush that tipped Batty off to what he was talking about.
"Batty can take taking human like body with it's magical magics hehe. This way Batty can be being playing game everyone better."

Another day of rest later, and Cae was ready to be done with the whole ordeal. Reports had come in that the halls were safe, but before she retreated back into the basement, there was one thing that needed to be done.
She marched right up to Batty's couch and demanded, "Get rid of these cat parts. Your cure put them there, so you can remove them, too."

Blinks looking up at Cae Cae with a smile, the ears looked so cuteon her. Chu's softly taking a moment before responding.
"Have having tried rubbing the ears saying 'I no want ears I know want ears.' Over and over with with eyes closed?"
It chuckles softly not really expecting her to do that though.
The werehog and vampire spent the night checking the rooms for any stray grunnies or grombies, only finding and eradicating a couple here and there. It looked like the invasion was finally over. He began to walk back to the safe haven in order to tell the others the news.
"...Hey Xas. Uh, I can call you Xas, right?" Monster asked hesitantly before continuing with his question. "You wouldn't happen to know anything about getting married, would you?" Sure, Monster had proposed to his girlfriend in the invasion, but he really didn't know where to start, and vampires are supposed to be immortal and live long and knowledgeable about things, right?

(Sounds like some of my characters... Nef was never meant to even have a name, let alone a back story.)
The dragon stirs from his sleep, the sounds of others waking up having woken him as well. He sleepily before looking down at the rabbit still asleep leaning on him. He carefully maneuvers himself to his feet, careful to keep Luck from falling or getting overly jostled until her could pick her up. He takes her to the spot on the Couch where Batty seems to have vacated and sets her down.
The Sweet Freak
After moving Luck, he turns his attention to Sweet. He tries to look her over for any obvious injuries, not want to touch her in case he accidentally woke her, not realizing she already was.

Xashowd smiled. "Absolutely. A lot of my friends call me that." Xashowd replied. He then heard the rest of Monster's question and grew pensive. Xashowd knew a few things, mainly because he had a fiance once. The memories of his beloved were soured due to her death during the attack of the Dark Fenrir on his home, and so he tended to avoid relationships. Weddings were thus a bittersweet thing for him. He was always happy for those who found their love, but the reminder that his had been stolen from him always ached his heart.
Monster was a friend now, so Xashowd put a positive look on. "Sure. I've traveled to a lot of different worlds, seen many things. Got someone special in mind?" He asked Monster.
