It is! Especially when it is a completely new character... It takes a while for that character to formulate in my brain. @_@ And I haven't forgotten you! I just need a poke every now and then. >.<

Navashuryn It is! Especially when it is a completely new character... It takes a while for that character to formulate in my brain. @_@ for me it varies. some come naturally and others need more work. I just like to write for those, though, and see how they turn out. Throwing them in situations and seeing how they react helps. Though finding the inspiration and energy to actually do that is another. x)

Inspiration and energy is definitely an important factor. @_@ I should go to bed... But I can't for some reason? On a side note, I'm sorry it is thundering outside.

Yeah, I love thunder. I was so excited last night! Still a bit today but it isn't as fun when you need to run through the rain to get to your 8am class... oh well. At least it isn't snow again! We were two inches away from breaking the record snowfall for my area. I have class at 8 )x Which I am waiting for atm. Sooo I should have gone to bed earlier.

Ah, sorry, I really am working on a post! I'll get it out as soon as I can. It's just that my dad went to the hospital at 4:30 this morning in an ambulance because he was having really bad chest pain and it was worrying. From what I've been told so far it seems he's not in immediate danger (like having a heart attack or anything like that), but I'm still worried and cannot focus on writing a post right now.

rofl ohhhhh man, you totally got me. Definitely got a laugh! Comparing the N64 games to the more modern games, the older games had more opportunities to ******** around. I loved trying to climb trees or other things not intended to be climbed or walked on - like fences - and it was disappointing that the newer games pretty much kept you moving with the plot because there was nothing else to do aside from one or two lame minigames. The hookshot/clawshot thing is definitely an example. You could hookshot anything and get results in the older games but the application of the clawshot was so disappointingly limited. Ugh. You break my heart. If you have the time to play games, I would recommend Ocarina of Time for Nintendo 64 or Wind Waker for Nintendo Gamecube. Both of those games got remakes recently, but the originals should be waaay cheaper than the new games - consoles included. Majora's Mask for N64 was also great, but some people find the time-sensitive aspect of the game to be too much pressure.

I'm a complete weirdo - I never really played any of the "popular" console games growing up. I mostly played pokemon on my gameboy, or super mario world. Same with Super Mario on the SNES, or Lufia II: Rise of the Sinistrals (which no-one seems to have heard of, ever). The only games I had on my N64 were the two pokemon stadiums, and I rented Pokemon Snap more times than I dare to count, as well as borrowing Mario Party 1, 2 & 3, Yoshi's Island and Goldeneye off friends. I just... Never had an interest in the consoles until the original xbox came out and I got my hands on Halo. I think the only console games I played was Spiro and Crash Bandicoot at my friends house. Aside from that, it was the PC for me! Sims, Rollercoaster Tycoon, Theme Park World, Zoo Tycoon, Age of Empires... I'm a PC girl through and through.
I've seen my friends play Zelda games to get enough knowledge on it, but I don't really... Have... Interest in playing it. Mostly because it is so popular and that kinda gets to me :c it's ruined it for me.
