ok... I give you... an F! It doesn't look like you've actually tried to come up with something of a high standard.
You need to spend a lot more time on your edits, try to make it look a little more professional. Add shading, higlights, shadows and texture. Your perspective is also pretty wrong.

Perspective wise the far arm shouldnt be that small, and it seems to be bending a little... unnaturally, the close ear shouldnt be smaller than the far one, the fingers need to be a little more defined, and the far thumb looks a little... dislocated The hands and the belt already have shading on them, use them as a guide for the rest of the body

No one is going to hold your hand, we'll make suggestions (and we did) but we cant edit for you

I use paint. xP!! It rocks, dammit. Especially if you can't do PSP. Nice and simple and pixely.
And don't get mad at them, they were giving you criticism to help you become better! If you can't get the basics though... then no hope, sorry. And I'm sure there are lots of tutorials out there... somewhere... >>!!

well said mae... If anything, he should be looking up to you for your paint work, not slandering you.
Go and practice, bam. It's the only way you'll get better, we've given you hints, now it's time to act on them. :3

Mae! I heart you even harder than before! I started in Paint as well!! I was pretty happy with the later stuff I cranked out! I would use it if it worked on my home computer. (This thing won't let me defrag it!) *Once again takes up the flag for MS Paint* "Don't blame the program, blame yourself!"
God I love that slogan. heart

the far side of the edit (your left) should be darker, make the transition smooth though, dont just go directly from one colour to a much darker one, use your base colour and make each move slightly darker

closer to the light = lighter further from th light = darker
