*Era wasn't fairing as well. His armor choked on a fog of smoke as he sparked further, flinging back into the pavement as yet another swing from the King's sword and his warping attacks caused him to be damaged. No rider he could summon would stop him, no illusion or amount of slashes or rifle shots would damage or stun him. While he managed to have landed an attack, the King laughed it off and used Rook-like armor to absorb the blow. It was looking grim for the teal rider. Slowly getting up, Era was once again mocked by the King monster.*

Still have fight left in you? It would be easier if you just submitted to your fate right now. This world will be mine. .....I have no choice. To defeat you... I'll risk it. Once I beat you, Noburus' will have failed in full and my work here will have been justified. Unlikely. Your friends are being decimated as we speak by the silver series. You underestimate them... as you did me.... Such nonsense. I am stronger than you are. I know your movements well before you can begin to make them. Your nothing beneath me. It is time I end this. *Laughing at the remark, King rose it's sword in the air as Era prepared to use his sword.

Hesitating a bit, multiple things ran in his mind. Waving a bit in his conviction, he tightened his grip on his sword and carried forward by slashed the air with his sword.* I knew this would come and I've made peace with it the best I can. *Two cards flew out and were caught by the belt. Pulling them in, the Era Driver began to split and act like he was going into the Unleashed form he displayed earlier. Immediately tossing the sword to the ground, Era put out his hand and formed an extra device. Quickly equipping it over his belt before it could split into two halves, the belt's process changed and suddenly blasted out with immense energy. Stopping from preparing a slash attack, the King moved his sword to block the bright and powerful energy from his eyes. Swirling and changing around him, the energy enhanced and minorly changed Era's armor, creating a different form.

Lowering his sword, the King was shocked to see Era not where he was.* What have you done? What trickery is this?! Where are you, peasant?? Did you turn tail and flee?? I'm still here *Era moved in from the King's side, laying in an energy charged side kick which the King barely blocked but was with enough force to knock him back a bit.* How is this possible? I can't notice you at all. It is like you don't exist! This is my Refined Form. Unlike Unleashed which burns through time-space, this one exists in a way which blends. It is it's opposite in multiple ways. *The King growled out in disapproval of him disappearing from his senses. Warping behind Era and going to slash him, he was surprised as Era also vanished from where he was.

The King's sword smashed into the ground, before Era appeared with a swift punch breaking through the sword and into the King's chest plate. The plate broke apart, causing him to stumble back and hold his chest in pain. Like the Rook, he reformed the armor very quickly and it began to grow stronger to compensate for the attack. Era moved in quickly to do a charged roundhouse kick. Reacting with another ability, the King was in another area as a silver Rook appeared in his place. The swap allowed him to avoid the move and the Rook took the attack, it's armor ripping open from the move. Quickly following up with it, he punched into the exposed area. The energy blasted through the Rook before he could reform the armor, destroying it in the process. After the explosion of his minion, the King growled at how the fighter had changed.*

You may be able to do these abilities, but you'll never pierce my armor like that. I am designed to be your better. Able to withstand not only more damage, but regenerate faster! Then I'll finish you off with my next move. *Slightly scared since it was unable to predict how the rider would attack anymore, it braced itself.* It may scratch my armor, but you'll never beat me. *Ignoring the pathetic attempt at reassuring itself and going with his conviction of defeating the King monster and purging Noburus' presence from this dimension, he took out a single card and scanned it over the Epoch Lense device over his Driver. Reading it, it chimed out in a different voice than usual. In a more digital-seeming, and less of a shouting voice, it uttered "Grand Refined Kick."

Vanishing and appearing in the sky, Refined Era kicked outwards as the belt then began rapidly naming Kamen Riders. From Ichigo to Fourze, from Kaoodra to Beat, Dragoon, Fury, Fang, and every incarnation of Kamen Rider new and old. The sky ignited with the mass of Kamen Riders. One by one the shot downwards at the King. He attempted to us his warping ability to avoid it, but the riders shifted their positions as they came down and matched his new location. They came down in force, each rider landing a kick before dispersing into the digital data that comprised them. As they rained down on the King who's armor regenerated rapidly after each kick, their multiple attacks began to dent his armor's effectiveness over and over again. It was at this time that Ryan and Dalton would arrive on the scene, in time to see Era falling from the sky himself and land a powerful rider kick into the King.

Landing on the ground, Era stood up confidently as the King fell backwards. Without time to make another remark and his regenerative ability stretched beyond it's limits, he exploded in a violent and brilliant light. Era's Refined form disappeared, revealing his normal armor once more. Turning to Ryan and Dalton, he was glad to see that they had survived their fights as well. Going to remove his belt, he noticed it wouldn't budge.* ..No!... no.... it can't still be happening. *Dalton, happy to see his lead mentor and hero, went to go over to him as quickly as his fatigued body would allow. Era put up a hand however.* S-stay back.... I'm not safe. Not safe? What do you mean? It is starting. I can't disengage it with the level of repairs I made to it.Disengage... level of repairs... What on Earth do you mean?

*Before Era could respond the belt chimed out with an odd noise and in a much different tone than before, almost dark and deep. "SURVIVAL ERA"* No... No! I can't let this happen!! *Hiraku tried desperately to rip the belt off himself, panicking despite the layers of confidence he tried to instill in himself. He fell to his knees realizing he couldn't stop it and hit the ground with his fist several times. Dalton froze in place, unsure of what was going on or what he could do. He stayed back as Hiraku had asked however. An energy began emerging from the belt again, this time slowly spreading across the armor and beginning to change it. Desperate and knowing what must be done, Era slowly stood up and looked to the sky.* Eiji... Kisekiri! I know your out there! Please.... for the sake of everyone here do what you know must be done!!

*Swooping down from no where, Kisekiri in his monstrous form had appeared.*
Thank you for fixing the belt for me, brother.
*With that, Kisekiri charged a massive wave of energy in his claws, slashing deep into the armor of Era that hadn't been affected by the energy seeping from the Driver.*
...Thank...you....for stopping it....
*The armor ripped apart, Hiraku inside of it disintegrated from the massive output of energy that Kisekiri emitted.*
I'm sure the true you would be proud of this.
*The Era Driver canceled it's move towards the "Survival Era" mode with no host user, dropping to the ground. Something streaked out of the belt in a flash of light, but Kisekiri paid it no mind. Picking up the driver from the ground, he smirked.* I got what I wanted. I've recovered enough to leave this doomed dimension too.

*Looking over to Dalton and Ryan, Kisekiri laughed a bit before flying up in the air at mach speeds and taking off from sight. Dalton collapsed onto his knees while beginning to tear up greatly, yet didn't make any noise. What he had witness stunned him, making him feel greatly saddened and striking his core just as much, if not more, than Zenno's attack had. Hiraku, whom he had looked up to as a hero and friend, was killed before his eyes. Not sure of what he could do, or should do, he simply stayed there as the tears ran down his face.*

*Staying silent and unmoving for several minutes, Dalton absorbed what had happened. Clenching his fists, he got up and began to move over to his motorcycle. Anger, rage, regret, depression, and a multitude of other feelings soaked through him. The main thing he was feeling overall however was resolve. He would keep going, stay alive, become stronger, and make sure no one he considered close to him would perish again. To fill the void that Era left in his death, he would become a better hero, a better rider. As he started his cycle, he looked to Ryan whom he knew would be as broken up over these events as he was.

It took him a moment to consider what to say before he finally spoke up.* We... can't let this shake us up too much. There are still strong enemies out there, right? We must end this as quickly as possible so no more casualties occur... *Trailing off for a moment, he remembered Lycid who died, as well as how often Era had saved or helped him. He wouldn't be alive if it wasn't for them, and now they were gone.* Stay safe my friend. *Driving off, he tried not to let his tears block his vision too much as he navigated his way home.*

Kio groaned as she got out of bed. His whole body was sore and he looked about confused. The place looked like an earthquake hit, and with Ankh's info he figured he was dead close to the truth. He walked down into the main lobby and spotted Ryan speeding towards them. His confusion hightened as he saw his friend in bad shape. His core medal was hot, anxious, ready for battle as it somehow knew things were gonna get worse, much worse. "Ryan! What happened? Are you alright?"

Meanwhile Ankh kept looking towards the direction that foundation X was located. Of course he didn't know that was their hideout he just knew something big was gonna happen. He scoffed and walked down stairs, grabbing a Popsicle as he did. He ate it slowly looking at the pair of humans.

(about to happen now actually)

Kio's hand shook. He was angry, and not gonna let this go unpunished. Kio strolled over to his disguised ride vendor and put it into cycle mode. Ankh blinked alot and looked at him. "Were are you going?"

"A ride...i need to clear my head. Ankh...look after Ryan for a bit." With that he sped off. Kio didn't know were he was going but all he knew was that he needed to ride. He felt his core medal grow hotter in his poket. This worried him a bit. He didn't know if it was from before or from something new, something dangerous to himself, and the fear of the unknown is what worried him the most.

Kio drove around the city and then, spotted something odd. A building that didn't look like it belonged there. His eyes narrowed a bit as he looked at it. What he didn't know was he was being watched from inside by something very dangerous. Kio got off his bike and was about to send a taka and bata candroid to his friends when suddenly...the ground around him began to explode!

Kio covered his eyes from the blast, and when he uncovered he saw something discusting and simply wrong. It was a monster that looked almost like a Kamen rider. This thing oozed from its hands and mouth, fangs glistening in the light. Its eyes glowed faintly as it stared down the human. It was the monster Doras. Kio grumbled and quickly sent out the candroids to let the others know of this event. He then quickly slapped on his belt and inserted the core medal.

~R..R...RYU!~

In quick flash, Kio had transformed. He charged in, but the monster simply stood its ground. The rider punched and the monster simply took the hit as if nothing had happened. Dragoon was stunned and growled, trying to punch again but this was caught in the hand of Doras. The kaijin shoved Dragoon back, slamming him into the concrete. He groaned and staggered to his feet. "This...wont be easy. Uh oh..."

He didn't have long to contemplate a strategy. Doras had quickly closed the gap between them and proceeded to punch the rider several times in the gut. He groaned and winced in pain as he was hit, sparks flying from each blow the kaijin landed. It then grabbed Dragoon by the neck and tossed him into a lamp post. The impact bent the metal in the curved shape of his back and Dragoon landed face first on the ground. He groaned and was trying to get back onto his feet but the monster slammed its foot onto his back. Sparks flew again and again as he was pinned to the ashfault.

As Doras raised its foot for another stomp, Kio quickly grabbed his core medal and turned it over.

~B..B..BURST!~

Flames sprouted from his body as he changed into burst mode. Doras sprung back a bit surprised by the sudden change. Kio then rose to his feet and assaulted the monster once again. This time the attacks seemed to have an effect. Doras was actually flinching as it was hit again and again with flaming punches. Dragoon burst pulled his fist back and plunged it forward, a huge burst of flames igniting as he hit Doras and knocked the kaijin through a concrete wall. Kio huffed, thinking he was in the clear. He slowly approached the hole and peered in. A sudden burst of energy knocked Kio back onto the ground.

He groaned and looked up to see that the once green monster had suddenly turned crimson. Dragoon gulped and jumped to his feet. He charged in once more, furiously punching the monster, but to no avail. Doras just shoved Kio hard into the ground and then tossed him into the air. It then grabbed Dragoon by the leg and spun about, releasing the rider and letting him fly into a wall. The stones cracked and broke off in places. He groaned and staggered to his feet once more before falling to one knee. "Oh...damn...this is bad. This is very very bad."

The candroids quickly arrived at the hotel and ankh blinked. He was shocked by the info he recieved and quickly sped off to help Kio. "Ryan...kio is in trouble."

The greed raced off and quickly arrived at the fight between Kio and Doras. He growled softly and watched as the rider was getting his a** kicked. "Damn it."

Poor Kio was getting used as a baseball bat. Doras had him by the legs and was smashing the rider against the lamp post, eventually breaking it. Kio groaned as he was tossed aside. Ankh winced seeing the human getting treated as such. He was hesitant. The greed knew how to help but he was worried that if he did, it might even spell the end for Kio.

Dragoon groaned and stood up. His legs shook and he was completely out of cell medals to use for any burst power. All he could do was fight on. He tried to punch the monster but missed, spinning about on his feet as he staggered about. "This...is...not good."

Ankh had enough of this. For ill or for good, he had to do this desperate act. He grimaced as he pulled out of his pocket a core medal. But this one was odd. It had two colors, one different on each side. One side was yellow-ish gold, the other silver, both sides with images of different dragons. The yellow had a majestic one, heavenly even. The silver had an angry dragon. He tossed it to kio. "Kio! Catch!"

The rider blinked and caught the medal, just missing getting hit by Doras. He looked at the strange medal with confusion. "Ankh...w..what the heck kind of medal is this?"

"Its THE original medal for your driver. I know it looks odd but there is a reason. Its balanced between two forces. Just choose a side and slot it into your driver."

"B...but what if..gah!" He was punched hard and sent flying again. Dragoon managed to land on his feet, skidding a bit.

He sighed realizing it was his only hope to use this medal. He turned it to the silver side and removed his Ryu medal before slotting it. Taking a deep breath he tapped the dragon horns on his driver.

~M...M...MAKAI!~

A surge of silvery energy hit him from the belt. But this wasn't painful, no it was transforming him. His armor cracked, pieces warping and falling off, others changed shape. Then, there was a burst of silvery fire.

When the flames faded, Dragoon's armor was completely changed. The once pointed shoulder guards were now rounded with small spikes going down in a line from neck to arm. The chest plate was simple, form fitting but with deep cracks the emitted flames with each breath like in burst mode. His arms were simple, almost organic in appearance. On his right arm he had a disk similar to the Taja Spinner, but it did not open or had the image of a bird on it. It was blank and red with the gold ring that shifted slightly as if it were able to move. His legs were basically the same but the guards around his feet and calf were organic looking as well. The biggest change was the helm. The mouth looked like it could open. The crest was full of sharp angles. And the eyes were a swirl of green and blue.

He was...Dragoon Makai.

Kio leaned back and let out a roar, not unlike that of Kamen Rider Gills. When he finished he huffed and growled softly. Doras was again shocked but charged in thinking this new form was as pathetic as before. Boy was he wrong. He growled and punched only to have it blocked by the small shield on Dragoon Makai's arm. Kio then spun around and slammed the shield into Doras's face, sending the Kaijin sprawling to the ground.

Dragoon held the spinner up and placed his left hand on the gold rim. He then spun the rim, making a strange sound (like that of ooo's scanning the medals). The spinner began to glow with fire and kio punched the air. He sent a flaming disk at Doras, who took the hit and grunted in pain but stood. Dragoon then launched three more disks before the charge ended, each hitting the kaijin dead center. Smoke sizzled from its body.

The monster charged in, thinking that a close ranged attack would work better but got the shock of its life. Kio spun the edge of the scanner two times and fire erupted from the back of it. Kio held his place, waiting until the monster was close before punching. The fire propelled both him and Doras across the street. The ground warped and melted a little as they moved, and the fierce attack did alot of damage to the kaijin. It managed to get back away from Dragoon, trying to run away. But Kio was having none of that.

Kio spun the disk three times and it called out.

~SCANNING CHARGE!~

Dragoon's whole upper arm and fist was engulfed in flames. He roared and charged in right behind the monster. A huge flame version of his fist and arm appeared in front of Kio, between him and Doras. The flame fist made the monster stop dead as it was damaged heavily and allowed kio to finish with his own fist. Kio then was in front of Doras, his back turned to it as the Kaijin exploded in silver fire.

All the while Ankh watched with an expression of awe and impressed glee. He was glad that Kio had utilized such a powerful medal.

*Dalton was at home relaxing a bit, or at least attempting to, when something began banging on his window. Seeing it was one of the candroids, he went to go outside. Pausing, he took something from in his house before going outside. Seeing the red bird candroid fluttering around to inform him to follow it, he nodded to it before getting on his motorcycle. Following the bird towards where the trouble was, he was intercepted suddenly as several explosions caused him to swerve and stop his bike.

A monster slowly approached, looking like some kind of yellow colored bat monster. Flowing with energy, the fangire unleashed multiple blasts towards the young rider. Quickly rolling off his bike and out of the way, Dalton transformed into Ardence once again. Immediately jumping forward and kicking out, he was countered easily by the bat monster and sent flying through the air with a massive burst of energy. Landing on the ground not far away, he landed in a way so he could easily get back up. Taking out his Barrett Crius and summoning double's Trigger Magnum, he began to fire normal shots along with LunarTrigger style blasts towards the monster.

Taking the normal shots and shrugging them off, the monster unleashed it's own seeking energy which ripped through the Lunar shots and went straight for Ardence. Sparking and falling to the ground again, Dalton tried to think of how to deal with such a foe. It was clear that he was someone who wouldn't be taken down easily due to his raw power and energy use. Going to fire again and distract the monster to buy some thinking time, he was shocked to see the monster rush forward while blocking the shots with it's hand. Once in close, it punched Ardence a few times, kicked him in the side, then unleashed a large blast of energy from it's palm which sent him barreling through the air and into a nearby wall, breaking it apart but not flinging through it.*

Damn... way too strong for just me. I can't call backup either. Obviously Fang and the others have their hands full too. *Swapping geardens while on the ground and getting up, he was ready this time for when the monster rushed forward to melee combo him once again. Turning to block the swiping fist of the bat monster with one of fang's arm blades, he slashed into the midsection of the monster several times with Era's sword. Using Era Ticker, he began to slash into the monster more despite it doing minimal damage while attempting to block various attacks with arm fangs that he had grown out. Overwhelmed by the monsters durability and power however, he couldn't keep the attack up for long and was sent flying back by another blast the bat unleashed.

Landing several feet away, Ardence rolled over a bit and got to his feet once more.*
Your pretty strong whatever you are... but I've inherited a greater strength. I carry forward the power of Kamen Rider! *Slotting in Era's gearden, his driver changed slightly. On the top two card slots appeared, facing upwards. Taking several cards from the sword he was using, he slotted them confidently into his driver. "KAMEN RIDE" the belt said much like Era's several times as suddenly two other kamen riders appeared next to Ardence. "ZETA" the belt spoke out as the blue rider appeared, followed immediately by "ATLAS" as the orange beetle rider appeared. Proceeding after this it rang out with "BEAT" and the third, multicolored rider appeared. The four riders stared down their opponent who didn't seem to care how many opposed it.

Charging full of energy, the bat monster unleashed multiple blasts at the riders. Zeta went into his axel form while Atlas clocked up, the two of them avoiding the blasts and laying in several attacks as Beat flew into the air to avoid the attacks. Ardence ran for cover, avoiding most the blasts and totaling some poor saps car he dived behind in the process. The bat fangire sparked from the multiple over-sped up attacks and turned to attack the two of them as they went behind him. Taking his chance, Ardence rushed forward as his belt charged up. While Zeta and Atlas were being overpowered and destroyed by the bat's energy blasts, Beat came downwards as Ardence went into his attack.* Revolution Gear Kick! *Beat flew down quickly, laying in his rider kick and piercing most of the aura the bat fangire was giving off as Ardence came in close behind, landing both parts of his finishing move.

The yellow bat monster stumbled forward, turning around to attack Ardence and Beat in an attempt to destroy them as it did the other two pests. The moves had done their part however, as the fangire suddenly began to crack up across it's body and exploded into shards. Taking a deep breath and an even deeper sigh, Ardence fell down and sat on the ground as Beat desummoned itself.* Thanks to that boost in power I got recently and...Hiraku's gifted power... I took that tough thing down. *Dalton's pride in his growth was cut short however as he noticed the sky grow dark and the ground. begin to shake. Looking up to what was coming, he got up off the ground. The hawk candroid fluttered around his bike again, informing him to follow it still to where the others were.* Of course it wouldn't be that easy. *Looking at the Era Ticker he had on him, he sighed a bit more.* It never is, is it? *Getting on his motorcycle, the young rider went off to join the others.*
