Damian sat down on the couch, running a hand through his sloppy hair. He glared down at his feet on Mina's carpet, then over at her door. It confused him to no end that this was how things had turned out. She's confusing and frustrating... he thought to himself, staring over at the door again.

Mina laid in her bed for a while, unable to sleep. All she ever saw was a shirtless Damian, which made her blush, which made her very dizzy. She tried her hardest to sleep, but it was all for not. "I can't sleep..."

Damian put his elbows on his legs and leaned his weight forward, staring around. He sighed angrily, trying to figure out exactly what it was that Mina did to frustrate him so much. It didn't suit her personality to cast a spell or slip him a potion, even though he really didn't know her that well.

Mina got up and went into her bathroom and got herself some water. She drank it down before returning to bed. "I guess it doesn't help I have a very attractive guy trying to sleep in the next room...."

Damian stood up and started to pace quietly in front of the couch. He was all too aware that Mina was in her bedroom, he was all too aware that she wasn't asleep, considering he'd heard her get up just a moment ago, and he was also aware that all that was between them was a door.

Mina laid in her bed, sighing some. She wrapped herself in the blankets on her bed, wondering how to go to sleep now. She picked a small book off one of her shelves to read and hopefully put her to sleep.

Finally, Damian stopped his pacing and walked toward's Mina's door. He knocked lightly, in case she was asleep.

Mina looked up from her book and set it aside. She got up, keeping a blanket wrapped around her shoulders as she answered the door. "Yes, Damian?"

"I was just having some problems sleeping... I think I know why," he said, and without giving her a chance to respond, he leaned down and kissed her softly, giving her the chance to push him away. [OOC:] *everyone*: FINALLY

Mina's face erupted in a blush as Damian kissed her. Once the kiss was broken she stood there for a few minutes before just fainting, her face still so very red.

Damian stared into Mina's eyes as she blushed, just standing there after the kiss. He was about to say something, when she began to fall. He quickly caught her, and noticed she'd fainted. He wanted to smack himself in the forehead, but didn't want to drop Mina by doing so. He quickly lifted her up into his arms and carried her to her bed, tucking her in.

Mina was out for a little while, soon waking, her blush gone. She found herself in her bed, all tucked in and warm. Then memories of what happened before she fainted hit her, making her blush furiously.

Damian had been sitting at the foot of Mina's bed, flipping through a sketchbook he'd found on one of her shelves (yes, he was being a total snoop). He was impressed at how good she was at drawing, and when he heard her wake up, he was tracing his fingers over the lines of one of the drawings. He heard her stir, and he looked over at her. She was blushing. "Next time you plan on fainting, please warn me. I almost didn't catch you."

Mina sat up quickly, spotting the prince on the end of her bed, and with one of her sketchbooks. She gasped and tried to take it from him. "N-No! Don't look at those! T-They're horrible!" she chirped, trying to grab the book. Also because there was a picture of Damian in there. Wouldn't want him to see that now would she.

Damian raised his eyebrows and held the sketchbook up over his head, too high for Mina to reach. "Hey, now. No they're not. They're pretty good," he told her, not wanting her to freak out. He slid off the bed, standing at the end, and flipped through a few more pages. "See? They're really..." he trailed off as he flipped to one of the last filled pages of the book. There was no mistaking, this was a drawing of him.
